The team leader and her team are dedicated, passionate and truly go above and beyond for every service user on their caseload. Seeing how well they get to know clients and how well they build rapport in order to offer a personalised care plan is inspiring and they are a welcome addition to the local area. A breath of fresh air in their modern and innovative and creative approach.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. Mum requires two caregivers, four times a day and Triband are the company that facilitates this. From the staff who attend to the house, to the ones in the office, they are all very professional and approachable. They offer a warm and friendly service to both client and their families. Mum has experienced a variety of companies, during her time of requiring care and has to say that these are by far the best. May this positive relationship continue, as long as Mum's care needs do. I can not commend TriBand enough. Very professional carers and very caring carers. TriBand carers go above and beyond. All careers always carry their duties with care and compassion. I am very happy with all carers and I highly recommend TriBand.

My mum has a carer from TriBand for three afternoons a week to assist dad and myself, as mum needs 24-7 care. There were a few changes in the beginning in terms of which carers came, which unsettled mum. Continuity is key as mum easily gets anxious. Things have settled and I've found the coordinator very understanding and accommodating, helping to ensure that we are provided with the right carer for mums needs. Communication is fine and I feel I can approach TriBand with any concerns. We now have the same carers in place each week and this helps massively. Mum, dad and myself have a very good relationship with them. Thank you.

In the main excellent, particularly staff and support staff. Rarely do they complain when I contact them for information. I would happily recommend them to others. I am made to feel dignified and respected.

I just wanted to leave a review for the carers at TriBand currently caring for my granddad. Since my granddad has been receiving the service, I am comforted to know that my granddad is being well looked after on the times that myself, and particularly my mum, can not attend due to work. My granddad is treated with dignity and respect and the carers have built a comforting rapport with him as he goes through his journey. I have met my granddad's carer a few times now and some of the other ladies that care for my granddad and everyone has been lovely. The staff on the contact centre desk have also been very professional, courteous and prompt to deal with any concerns, particularly around some teething issues while the service was being put in place and all staff strive to keep my mum informed of any concerns they themselves have. My wife is very happy with the care and very relaxed and calm. The carers are very friendly and look after my wife at all times.

First class service.

My mum was and still is a client receiving excellent care from TriBand. After breaking my leg, we thought the best place for Mum was in respite. After a few days, we realised this was the wrong decision. We contacted TriBand and without hesitation, they resumed my mum's care with immediate effect. Without doubt, Mum receives far better care from TriBand than the care home she was in. There are several TriBand carers that attend to Mum who go above and beyond with her care. Thank you TriBand.

We needed to organise home care for Mum as my dad has needed extra support for Mum. From the moment we first met the lady who did the initial assessment, to when Mum needed full-time nursing care, I cannot fault Triband and the care they have given to Mum. They were lovely, friendly and caring. Thank you for such a lovely, caring service.

From the first day that TriBand were involved in the care of my mother, the care has been outstanding. All the carers are friendly, approachable and very easy to have around in our home. Nothing is too much trouble and they anticipate my mother's needs with great efficiency. The carers are calm, reassuring and very capable. Avoid Triband like the plague!

My experience with TriBand can only be described as amazing. Two members of staff have gone above and beyond any expectations; they have treated me with dignity, respect and have helped boost my confidence to move forward in my rehabilitation and self-care. They have been very caring and have always respected my thoughts and feelings. TriBand would always be my first option for care.

The carers are not tested for Covid-19 and are going into high-risk clients homes, putting us at more risk of catching Coronavirus. When contacted by my husband, who is my main carer, they hung up on him, heard nothing since. This is a true statement, one carer came into my home and told me they are not tested and only need to if showing symptoms. This is not true, carers in any form must be tested to be allowed to enter people's homes or a care home. This was explained to me by my chest specialist and was said by PM Boris Johnson. This company clearly have no regard for the safety of their clients.

I can not say how happy I am with the care I get from your team. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they always have a smile for me and I so look forward to them coming.

I have had TriBand since September, I am currently recovering after spinal surgery. I am only 34 years old and it's been hard at times but the care has been excellent, nothing too much trouble and they always cheer me up and know when something is wrong. They are like my second family. Thank you for all you do for me.
