I have had TriBand since September, I am currently recovering after spinal surgery. I am only 34 years old and it's been hard at times but the care has been excellent, nothing too much trouble and they always cheer me up and know when something is wrong. They are like my second family. Thank you for all you do for me.

My Mum who was 88 years old and confined to her bed was cared for by a team of first-class carers. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond the call of duty. I cannot recommend this team of girls highly enough. Sadly my mum has now passed away but the efforts of two carers and other members of the team, a massive thank you from all my family.

First-class carers, go beyond said duty. All very pleasant, always have a laugh and staff ready to be flexible. We wish we had come to TriBand years ago. Top people who care.

Daily visits. Outstanding care compared to any I have received before. I wish I had this kind of care when younger.

TriBand provided excellent care for my parents while I was on holiday. Mum and Dad said that all the carers were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They looked forward to the daily visits and felt comfortable knowing that someone would be calling regularly. I'd highly recommend TriBand to family and friends.

Your team of carers do their very best to meet my father's needs. They engage with him as an individual, bringing a range of interests for him to talk about and seeing him in the wider context of his family. On a number of occasions, some carers have gone out of their way to help, above and beyond what could be expected of them. It is easy to criticise but I find that they do a challenging job with great dedication.

The care I have received by TriBand has been great. The carers go out of their way to help and support me. Several carers have become good friends who text me just to see how I am. They are all good. Management are very professional and thoughtful towards my needs.

My overall experience of the care company is very positive, as always have excellent care from all the carers. They always go out of their way in every way possible. The only issue and problem I do have which I have spoken about before are my call times as they are never set times each day and starting to cause an issue to my making any plans with family.

Calling at the local supermarket to get me mineral water anything to make my life easier. I think they are an excellent team.

My husband and I have greatly appreciated the kindness and respect shown by each carer who has visited twice daily to assist with showering and dressing every morning and prepared my husband for bed in the evening.

I have been having a carer for over twelve months, first after coming out of hospital and now just two days mainly for showers. I have been very pleased with this service and will not hesitate to ask for more help if I need it. The carers are very kind and nothing is too much trouble.

Kind and thoughtful carers. Readily contact family if any concerns. Use initiative. Recognise potential issues.

Care staff visit my Dad on a weekly basis. This enables him to remain at home and be as independent as possible. All staff that have attended have built a rapport with my Dad and have a very caring approach. I must add they are very willing to go the extra mile.

I find the carers to be friendly and caring and happy to accommodate my requests. They always make sure I have everything I need before they leave.

The whole setting up of the service was quick, easy and very professional. The care staff have been on time, dedicated and very caring to my mother who can be difficult to deal with.

My mum has TriBand and the ladies that go to my mum are lovely, one lady, in particular, is excellent, nothing too much trouble for her. Very pleased with TriBand.
