I must thank tks for their wonderful care of my husband for the last 4 months of his life . They went far above & beyond what I was expecting after hearing awful stories of other carers they put a smile on his face every time they arrived (always on time) 4 times a day .They did everything I asked of them & more & we became very good friends with them . Tapi came out regularly to visit me to check everything was ok & that I was ok even visiting after my husband had passed away .Also they were very attentive to my needs & seemed to know when I needed a hug or kind words thank you all for that . I still see them sometimes as they visit a neighbour & are still very friendly asking after the family who they got to know as well . Once again thank you all & if anyone is looking for 5 star treatment of their loved ones look no further .

TKS provided care for my husband for 13 months, I had two carers four times a day. I found all the Staff very caring towards my husband and worked very proficiently. They were always polite and would do anything I asked of them. When deciding on which care company to choose, I needed one that kept to the same times each day and TKS provided this for me. This enabled me to administer medications and insulin at the correct times. The Care Manager of TKS regularly spoke to me to check that I was happy with everything. I would recommend TKS to anyone looking for care.

The TKS team cared for Mum for just under 2 years. Her carers were always kind, friendly, professional and reliable, I could always contact them when I needed to. This gave me great peace of mind as I live 200 miles from Mum. It meant that Mum could stay in her own home, enjoy her garden and have her neighbours around her. I greatly recommend TKS.

The care team were so wonderful in taking the best care of my mom. They went above and beyond in caring for her. They were so friendly, attentive and responsive to mom's needs and our constant messages and requests. I can't praise them enough just so wonderful from our own experience. They kept in contact with us even when mum was in hospital and even when she passed they were supportive. I highly recommend TKS Staffing , thank you Manager and the team your commitment was just perfect in our experience.

The manager came out to discuss Mum's care needs and she was a lovely lady. Unfortunately we only had carers in for a few weeks but most of the staff who visited were very helpful, respectful and accommodating around what tasks Mum would like them to do. I would fully recommend this company.

I came out of the hospital after 5 months, my husband had died in August and I had three care firms to look after me and they were awful. Then the smiling face of the carer appeared by my bed, she had had to climb under my stairlift on the stairs and we both burst out laughing and that started the wonderful relationship that I have with them all. They come to me 4 times a day and arrange the meal that was due, in the morning I have a shower or wash, dressing in clean clothes. They sort out all the jobs that help us pass our day. I don’t have many visitors as they all work but even my children and grandchildren talk about the carers as friends visiting. They make my life worth living and I love them all even if I forget their names occasionally. Thank you so much.

I couldn't have chosen a better care service, they are amazing. Every one of them brightens up my mum's day. They come in with a smile and treat my mum like a queen. I have baby alarms from Mum's to mine so she can shout me from next door but one. I hear Mum and the carer laughing and singing. She adores them all. Nothing is too much trouble for them. If you want top-class service, this is the company to choose.

This company has looked after my mother since December 22 until her death on the 14th of March 24. They were the fourth company that my mother had in between hospital stays. To say they were the best is an understatement, my mother was shown respect, compassion, along with high-quality care. The head of the company was very hands-on, so much so that I had calls from her on Christmas and Boxing Day evenings as my mum had fallen. Between Christmas and New year she got an occupational therapist involved and my mum was provided with the bed and equipment she needed. The carers who came to my mum's were always happy and smiling and in my observation went the extra mile every time. There are so many things I could praise them for they were all wonderful. In short if anyone is looking for an excellent company look no further.

The ladies from TKS are absolutely brilliant. They deal with my mum who can be a bit awkward and stubborn at times fantastically. Mum loves a laugh and to have a bit of fun when she's herself and the carers do not disappoint. If they can't do poached egg on toast when they first start visiting Mum, they certainly can after a couple of visits and as for hot chocolate, they must have nightmares about it. Mum loves them all.

The carers who came to support my mum at the end of her life were nothing short of amazing. They were kind, courteous and professional at all times. I would recommend TKS Staffing LTD unreservedly. I would not have been able to care for my mum at home without their support they did not just provide excellent, compassionate care to her, they also supported us as a family. Nothing was too much trouble, and the carer's attention to detail was phenomenal. Some of the carers visited us after mum's death to check we were okay, and I cannot begin to tell you how much that meant to us. If you are a carer or someone in need of support please consider using this company, you will not regret it.

We were delighted with the care, understanding and compassion shown to Dad in the final days of his life. All staff were genuinely warm and caring in their treatment of Dad, and always explained to him what they would be doing, but they were also very supportive to the rest of the family and always looking out for Mum. We looked forward to their visits as they instinctively knew how to give us the energy and positivity to keep going, and after just a few days they felt like friends. The manager was always easy to get hold of, approachable and organised. Staff always arrived on time with a smile, words of encouragement and hugs if required. We remain very grateful for all their help during such a difficult and emotional time and would highly recommend them to others. Fabulous service, lovely people.

I have nothing but praise for the carers of my husband in the last few weeks. They were excellent, so kind and caring. They were also so cheerful in their work, they brightened our day at a very difficult time. Lovely people to whom I will be forever grateful.
