The staff and management of TCHG were very helpful and friendly. Always big smiles when they came to see my husband. They were caring and efficient. The management responded to requests promptly.

I would recommend the Healthcare Group to anyone. They provide carers for my elderly aunt and are at all times helpful, supportive, kind, efficient and dependable. In addition to the usual care, I have had a couple of last minute care requests for my aunt and the office always go out of their way...
I would recommend the Healthcare Group to anyone. They provide carers for my elderly aunt and are at all times helpful, supportive, kind, efficient and dependable. In addition to the usual care, I have had a couple of last minute care requests for my aunt and the office always go out of their way to provide cover and deal with any requests. Particular thanks to Rashid, Gloria and Adam who are approachable and accommodating and just very nice people, which is what you want when it comes to the care of your loved ones. I am confident that my aunt is in safe hands. A big thank you from me.

On the whole the company is very good and management deal with problems very promptly. I think that there are a few issues with the carers not reporting things to management and keeping notes in the clients folder up to date for the family to read.

Overall Experience
Carers came to sit with my wife roughly once a week for 4 hours in the evening. Always on time and very caring. We had no problems.
Carers offered help with cooking and washing and always completed the written log.

Health Care Group have looked after my father for the last 3 years.
I have no hesitation in recommending THCG. both the carers and admin staff are exemplary.

Overall Experience
The client was my wife, aged 91 when she broke a hip in March 2019; the engagement with THCG started in April 2019 and ended in Sept 2025 with transfer to a nursing home after a fall and further reduced mobility.
1. 43 carers visited over the 6 years, but at any one time usually 3 or 4 regulars....
The client was my wife, aged 91 when she broke a hip in March 2019; the engagement with THCG started in April 2019 and ended in Sept 2025 with transfer to a nursing home after a fall and further reduced mobility. 1. 43 carers visited over the 6 years, but at any one time usually 3 or 4 regulars. 2.Carers were friendly and seemed genuinely to be concerned about the client's wellbeing. 3. Almost all the carers worked in ways the client found comfortable. One did not; when we spoke to the management we were told she had left the company. 4. When anything significant changed the Care Manager came to the house, observed his employees at work, and made adjustments to the care package and/or ordered different equipment to add to that we had on long loan. 5. When I needed 2 days in hospital and a month of reduced activities, at a few hours' notice the Care Manager arranged overnight calls and extra daytime calls.
6. Invoices were prompt, accurate and easily understood.
