It's so hard to find people that you can trust and so far they have been top notch.

I would recommend the Healthcare Group to anyone. They provide carers for my elderly aunt and are at all times helpful, supportive, kind, efficient and dependable. In addition to the usual care, I have had a couple of last minute care requests for my aunt and the office always go out of their way to provide cover and deal with any requests. Particular thanks to Rashid, Gloria and Adam who are approachable and accommodating and just very nice people, which is what you want when it comes to the care of your loved ones. I am confident that my aunt is in safe hands. A big thank you from me.

On the whole the company is very good and management deal with problems very promptly. I think that there are a few issues with the carers not reporting things to management and keeping notes in the clients folder up to date for the family to read.

Carers offered help with cooking and washing and always completed the written log.
