The staff have always been really friendly and do exactly what my mum asks of them. Recently they have gone overboard and gone the extra mile to help my mum out and support her when no one else would.

Hello, we are sorry to hear of your experience with Annicare. I can understand your frustrations as a mother, and from your daughter's perspective. We have tried to accommodate all timing and gender requests where possible but as stated when we first transitioned from one carer to two, we could not promise no males. We would have loved to have been able to meet all of your daughter's needs, but unfortunately due to the way our teams work it's not achievable, which is why we stated we feel she would be best cared for by a private carer, or a smaller company with a smaller team instead, who would be more able to meet all of her needs. I can only apologise that we weren't the right fit, and I do hope you find a care provider who can meet all your daughter's needs and wishes. Thank you for your feedback. I have been with Annicare since 2020, I started out in recruitment but quickly moved over to support the finance team, I was then promoted to Assistant Finance Manager in 2022.
I have been with Annicare since 2022. I started out supporting with compliance and training and became the training manager in 2023. I am regularly attending training courses and events to ensure the training I provide is to the best possible standard.
