Mum's carers were all lovely and caring and all genuinely like Mum which was returned. Mum thought a lot about a lot of her carers, the staff were always polite and punctual and the management was very quick to achieve when the family needed carers at very short notice especially in the final weeks of Mum's life when times were very challenging.

Most of the time very good, the odd relapse when I panic, somebody usually comes.

Synchronised Care is an exceptional health and social care organisation that provides outstanding service. I began using Synchronised in early October after being discharged from the hospital, and the staff has been excellent. They are very professional, and punctual, and even in extremely bad weather, I can count on them to be there. The new management is very committed to the service they provide, and I always receive calls from their HQ compliance team to check how I feel about the service I am receiving and if there is anything they need to improve. It was amazing to receive a courtesy call from two of their directors recently to check how service users feel about the services, which shows that quality service is the top priority for this organisation. Finally, Synchronised Care has recently won an award for being the most compassionate social and personal care company 2023. I highly recommend this care company to anyone in need of quality care and support.

Synchronised Care is brilliant. The staff are very professional and take great care in ensuring you receive the best care possible. The carers are friendly and feel like very good friends, and nothing is too much trouble. I have no qualms in recommending them to anyone that needs care, be it just basic or as in my case, initially needed care four times a day, but now with their help, my confidence has grown, and my outlook on life has improved. So I say a great big thank you to them for all the continuing care they give me.

The service has been absolutely wonderful; they cater to my father-in-law's every need. We couldn't ask for more from this company. We couldn't do it without them!

The care I'm receiving is a lot better than I have had in the past, and the manager is great at sorting out any issues regarding staff and is willing to help in any way they can, and also great at letting you know if the staff are running late and making sure that you have your full time that is allocated to you. The staff are so friendly, helpful and willing to help and learn and offer the right amount of care that's needed and also more than happy to ask questions if they are not sure or don't understand what needs to be done. Overall all, the service from Synchronised Care is fantastic, better than what I have received in the past. I am so happy to receive the care and support. I feel safe when staff are around. I have never felt this safe with other services I have received.
