The carers attended my mother at home who had become terminally ill. The carers were compassionate and respectful just fitting into our home so well. They were always cheerful and were giving for the very best for my mum to the very end. Their standard of care was exceptional and would highly recommend.

I hadn't had any experience with carers before my wife sadly needed assistance at home earlier this year before she passed away. But I was so thankful for the amazing help and care my wife received. It was far beyond what I could have ever imagined. It was the hardest months of my life, but the carer team had such positivity, kindness, and attention to detail that it meant that my wife was perfectly looked after. It often felt like a family unit, helping to give my wife the best care and I will be forever grateful for their warmth and for going above and beyond in my wife's final months. Thank you.

The service my gran received from the carers at Stick Healthcare was exceptional. They we professional, thorough and very considerate. My gran sadly passed away a few weeks ago and it was difficult caring for her at home, but the carers were such an amazing help. It was my gran's wish to die at home and we were able to fulfill her request with their help. Two particular members of staff were particularly brilliant and I am so grateful to them for all their assistance. I know my gran appreciated their kindness and respect. Thank you so much.

Office excellent, friendly, fast, takes action and makes instant change if there is a problem. Very supportive. Staff - one stand-out first-class carer, office often allocate her as know this. Three very good male carers. In general, all satisfactory, very good, thorough all-round care. Including breakfast, lunch, and plenty of water.

I do wish the UK would pay care workers more. They do a vital job and ensure your loved ones are treated with dignity during their last months on this earth.

The carers involved with this patient were incredible. The level of care was exceptional. They were kind, genuinely caring, professional and very knowledgeable in all the care they gave. My carers are always on time, polite and I am treated with a high level of dignity. More importantly to me, I trust them. Always very positive in manner. I do not have a good appetite but due to their gentle encouragement, I now look forward to meals, which are very well prepared for me. Conversations with my carers is another aspect of their bedside manner which I find both positive and professional. Thanks to the team.

My personal experience is that almost all carers are very professional, kind and obliging. They very concisely try to stick to the rules and regulations. Good training.

The care that my mother receives is excellent. We have two carers, usually female, who come to care for her three times a day, seven days a week. She is treated with care, respect, dignity and with excellent attention. We as a family are very grateful for the care and help our mother is receiving.

The level of care and attention my father has received since returning home has been nothing short of excellent! My father would like to specially mention his senior carer who has been outstanding with her attention and kindness, plus his other carers of note.

The Stick carers that came into my parents home were warm, friendly and very professional. They ensured that they made a good and positive relationship with my father, and the care he received was excellent. He was treated with respect and dignity, and although he was initially dubious about having carers in, he soon looked forward to their visit in the mornings... especially one gentleman. I was contacted if they were running late or if there had been a change of carer, and they were always able and happy to sit with my father when I had to take my mother to hospital appointments.
