MM Care were fantastic with caring for my Mum, they were very respectable gave medication as required, they took a lot of stress off the family by ordering medication chasing up district nurses doctors and everything while always keeping the family updated with everything. I cannot thank them enough
for what they did for my mum during her last few months they are amazing and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I cannot rate MM Care any higher! The carers went above and beyond for my dad and made me and my sisters lives alot easier. If there were any changes we needed to make with dad's care, the office would jump on board immediately. Calls were answered pretty quickly, or you would receive a call back promptly.
The professionalism and training of the staff was, again superb. Medication was very stringent, as was their record keeping. Thank you once again for everything you did for our dad

There are no words to express our gratitude for all the care and attention every member of staff gave my mother during her final few months. Day and night we could not have asked for better care. My Mum soon got to know the carers and grew very attached to some which helped me have peace of mind. In
the earlier weeks before she became bedridden she had lots of happy conversations and laughter. There was nothing they would not do for her.
I can not speak highly enough of MM Care Services and would not hesitate to recommend them.

My wife was at home for two weeks until her passing. MM care services were used to look after my wife. A senior member of staff visited to explain what services they would provide and left us with a very useful brochure.
My wife had four visits per day and the carers helped with washing, dressing,
feeding, medication and and other services required.
Two members attended each time and they provided an excellent service. The outstanding thing was the care they showed to my wife.
I was so pleased to have their support and were always very cooperative.
I am pleased to offer my appreciation for what they did during my wife’s last two weeks. Thank you so much.

This was an incredibly difficult time made possible with care provided by MM Care Services and other support providers. MM Care provided, by far, the most support both day and night.
The care my mother received was utterly professional and personal. Communication and consideration were second to none.
I would like to thank the whole team from the bottom of my heart.

MM Care looked after my friend extremely well over many nights over many weeks. The staff always left me a note as to how things were overnight. I appreciated this very much.
I met two ladies the evening before my friend died. Lovely ladies. One of them was with my friend when she passed away and rang
me very quickly so I could go down to be with them. I shall always be very grateful that she was there with her when the final moment came. We were together until the Rapid Response nurses and the funeral directors came. She was a good comfort to me. My dealings with the manager were always appreciated. They were always so kind and efficient with me each morning I rang in to book a night sitting. Towards the end of my friend's life, I was contacting them in the evening too to inform them how she was that evening. Always very supportive to me and nothing was ever any trouble.
We were so very lucky to work with such a caring company. I shall forever be very grateful.

I cannot recommend MM Care highly enough. All the team that helped to coordinate the care and look after Mum were fantastic. Thank you for caring for my wonderful mum during the last few weeks of her life in such a dignified and thoughtful way. One lady came to do the night sits and was always so lovely
with Mum and the family; it was a comfort to have her through the night. We always felt reassured when we knew she was on the night sit.

I cannot speak any higher of the lady that owns MM Care services ltd. If she was a stick of rock she would have the words caring and compassionate all the way through her. She listens to you, which is a skill on its own. She will frequently check how things are going or if there is any other way you
feel that would help. I always appreciated her opinion/advice when I asked for it. Her staff starting with the lady who answered my first phone call to the care staff who came in to look after my very poorly husband was of the highest standard from the moment they came to the moment they left our home. Although it may have only been a relatively short time, they got to know my husband and me I know how much he appreciated the time and care they spent on him. For myself what a relief to have such people around us, especially during his last weeks who treated him with such gentle respectful care. I will always be so very grateful to all of them and will never forget them.

Very professional company, empathetic and understanding, very supportive and accommodating to the needs of my mother over the past 2 months. Would highly recommend this company if they are deciding on a care company, we had the best worker in a lady who not only looked after my mum with care and love
during very difficult times but she supported the family too, not very often do you get the personal touch with such companies, but MM and their staff (in particular the lady who supported us) went above and beyond. The family are truly grateful for the sensitivity, care and love shown to my mother. Thank you.

Professional from the outset, this enabled me to feel very confident about the care that was to be provided. All this of course would mean very little if the person providing the care had been unsuitable. This was definitely not the case, my mum was attended to extremely well, all her basic needs were
met with compassion. My mum liked her carer and trusted her. The service provided enabled my mum to end her life in her own home and with dignity.

Staff are extremely friendly and efficient. They took care of my mum very well before my mum needed full-time care.
Very flexible, there were many occasions when we as a family needed extra assistance and MM did everything possible to accommodate us.
Would highly recommend.

MM Care Services was appointed to us by social services for my dad. I speak not only for myself but also on behalf of my sisters on how thankful we were to get them. They treated my dad (and Mum) with dignity and respect at all times. They were always punctual and attentive and without them, we would’ve
been lost. We were so glad that they looked after my dad all the way through and we didn’t have to change carers. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and their wonderful staff.

From the start, you demonstrated a caring, professional approach. Throughout the weeks that the ladies visited Mum, we could not find fault with anything. The ladies were all patient, caring and understanding of Mum’s needs, and I could see that Mum was happy and content in their company. Every visit
they came with a smile and a cheery disposition and were excellent ambassadors for the company. I also looked forward to seeing them and found them easy to connect with.

My brother was cared for by the manager and her team for several weeks before his death. He was treated with dignity, respect and the utmost care and compassion at all times. Gentleness and kindness were always displayed by these lovely carers. His partner and I cannot thank them enough for their help

For the 6 weeks, we had mum at home before she died, we were lucky to have had a wonderful caring and devoted team involved in her care. Every single person we came into contact with was amazing. It was a well run and organised service, nothing was too much trouble and it always felt that mum was a

I felt that I should get in touch following the recent care for our dear friend who sadly lost his life at home on February 23rd 2020. My husband and I cannot thank the care manager and all of the staff that helped with the care over the last few months enough and without your wonderful friendly and
caring staff, our friend would not have been able to fulfil his wish, which was to stay at home until the very end. Your care manager kept us well informed and went the extra mile, by means of communicating and arranging night cover when other services were not available. From the day shifts, often 4 times a day, to the night sittings, we are eternally grateful for the services that you provided. Thank you very much.
