My Mum was a very difficult, strong willed stubborn lady. Always has been. M M Care swooped in and took over Mum's three call per day care package on discharge from hospital when her previous care company decided they couldn't meet her needs any more. They provide good quality care at good prices. They give medication and take all the worry out of looking after your difficult loved one. I will always recommend them to anyone looking for good quality home care and have done so ever since they started caring for my Mum. Thank you M M Care Ltd for caring for my Mum until the End. So grateful for you, your kind hearted caring staff and everyone involved behind the scenes.

MM Care were fantastic with caring for my Mum, they were very respectable gave medication as required, they took a lot of stress off the family by ordering medication chasing up district nurses doctors and everything while always keeping the family updated with everything. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for my mum during her last few months they are amazing and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I cannot rate MM Care any higher! The carers went above and beyond for my dad and made me and my sisters lives alot easier. If there were any changes we needed to make with dad's care, the office would jump on board immediately. Calls were answered pretty quickly, or you would receive a call back promptly. The professionalism and training of the staff was, again superb. Medication was very stringent, as was their record keeping. Thank you once again for everything you did for our dad

I cannot speak any higher of the lady that owns MM Care services ltd. If she was a stick of rock she would have the words caring and compassionate all the way through her. She listens to you, which is a skill on its own. She will frequently check how things are going or if there is any other way you feel that would help. I always appreciated her opinion/advice when I asked for it. Her staff starting with the lady who answered my first phone call to the care staff who came in to look after my very poorly husband was of the highest standard from the moment they came to the moment they left our home. Although it may have only been a relatively short time, they got to know my husband and me I know how much he appreciated the time and care they spent on him. For myself what a relief to have such people around us, especially during his last weeks who treated him with such gentle respectful care. I will always be so very grateful to all of them and will never forget them.

Very professional company, empathetic and understanding, very supportive and accommodating to the needs of my mother over the past 2 months. Would highly recommend this company if they are deciding on a care company, we had the best worker in a lady who not only looked after my mum with care and love during very difficult times but she supported the family too, not very often do you get the personal touch with such companies, but MM and their staff (in particular the lady who supported us) went above and beyond. The family are truly grateful for the sensitivity, care and love shown to my mother. Thank you.

Professional from the outset, this enabled me to feel very confident about the care that was to be provided. All this of course would mean very little if the person providing the care had been unsuitable. This was definitely not the case, my mum was attended to extremely well, all her basic needs were met with compassion. My mum liked her carer and trusted her. The service provided enabled my mum to end her life in her own home and with dignity.

MM Care Services was appointed to us by social services for my dad. I speak not only for myself but also on behalf of my sisters on how thankful we were to get them. They treated my dad (and Mum) with dignity and respect at all times. They were always punctual and attentive and without them, we would’ve been lost. We were so glad that they looked after my dad all the way through and we didn’t have to change carers. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and their wonderful staff.

From the start, you demonstrated a caring, professional approach. Throughout the weeks that the ladies visited Mum, we could not find fault with anything. The ladies were all patient, caring and understanding of Mum’s needs, and I could see that Mum was happy and content in their company. Every visit they came with a smile and a cheery disposition and were excellent ambassadors for the company. I also looked forward to seeing them and found them easy to connect with.

My brother was cared for by the manager and her team for several weeks before his death. He was treated with dignity, respect and the utmost care and compassion at all times. Gentleness and kindness were always displayed by these lovely carers. His partner and I cannot thank them enough for their help during the most difficult and saddest of times.

For the 6 weeks, we had mum at home before she died, we were lucky to have had a wonderful caring and devoted team involved in her care. Every single person we came into contact with was amazing. It was a well run and organised service, nothing was too much trouble and it always felt that mum was a priority. Communication was second to none.
