I was recently sent home from the hospital with a broken femur, I had a carer 4 times per day initially. I have to say the carers were superb, nothing was too much trouble I am pleased to say I no longer need them however I would highly recommend this company.

I have pleasure in putting into writing how impressed I was with the wonderful carers that I have recently experienced. I have vast knowledge of carers as my elderly father had a daily morning care call here whilst I had him live with me for the last 10 years of his life. I was expecting the same level
of care he had, however, the carers provided by Multi-Care were top-notch. All the females were professional. They were diligent, competent, kind and went the extra mile if they saw something that needed their attention. They were an absolute delight and I sill miss their lovely smiling faces. I wish I had the opportunity to thank them all individually before my care package ended. Shame all carers are not of the same high standard as those employed by Multi-Care.
