I cant fault the ladies that come out to help me. They are patient and gentle. I have unique problems that cause me discomfort and pain and the ladies take their time to ensure im not hurt. I have the same group of ladies that come to me which is great. It's taken me awhile to build up my comfortability with what they do and can do for me but they have built that trust up. I love the group I have been assigned and can't thank them enough.

Our primary goal was for our mum to feel happy and comfortable with familiar faces she could trust. When we changed provider for a second time due to inconsistencies, I feared it would lead to the same situation, but I could not have been more mistaken. New Day Care has been absolutely remarkable since we switched in November 2025. My mum has two dedicated key workers over a five-day period with whom she has developed a wonderful bond, referring to them as her guardian angels, they treat her with dignity and are exceptional, assisting with her daily needs, and nothing is too much trouble. Seeing my mums happiness has brought great comfort to our family, especially after several negative experiences with other providers. They truly go the extra mile, which is incredibly reassuring. I would highly recommend New Day Care to anyone considering this service for a parent or family member; they have an outstanding team and deliver an excellent service on a daily basis.

New day care team are all absolutely amazing. They do there job fantastic. All lovely girls who make my mum smile despite what she's going through they make her feel comfortable and cared for. They have provided the best service she's had.

Very friendly staff . I speak as a family that we are all genuinely happy with the care that our dad has been receiving they all do a very good job our dad is very happy with them an and has no problems at all and they all talk to him and get to know him my dad is very happy with that we would recommend their services again

The whole team has been amazing. Very attentive and caring. They are professional, but also maintain an air of friendliness. They chat about your day and are interested in how you are. Especially with mum, they talk to her constantly and reassure her. They are kind and considerate. They are especially good with mums emotional needs and remember little details, like remembering to bring her teddy bear downstairs. They have taken time to learn her personal care requirements like face and body cream and where her clothes are, which enables me to utilise the time for some personal care of my own. I would highly recommend this service.

I couldn't think of a better company to look after my Auntie. We all feel so content and safe knowing she's in the hands of new day care. Every single member of staff are so friendly and helpful. My Auntie was always nervous about carers but now she couldn't be happier seeing the staff at new day care day in day out.

My brother only used for a few weeks the staff were always friendly and helpfully. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They made my life so much easier keep up the good work. Keep up the good work.

The care staff are professional and friendly and patient and calm at all times when providing care.

Kindly were staffing allows my mum has the same care staff who know her well and her needs and prefences.

Their communication to myself it's always excellent and I feel confident if they had any concerns they would contact as needed.

My mum receives 4 calls per day. And this allows her to live at home as independently as possible. Without new day care support this would not be achievable.

Forever grateful for all they do.

My husband has been taken care of by your company since August 2024 a group of four you men, and during that time I think we have built up a good relationship on both sides. Over the past 2 weeks my husband has had a very severe bout of colitis and during this time nothing was too much trouble, they treated him with great dignity and respect, he was never made to feel embarrassed or shamed. My husband has vascular dementia and all that is entails and again nothing is too much trouble to them.

Mum's needs are taken care of and she's always asked how she is, what her night was like, what would she like for breakfast, dinner and tea. Mum's built up a relationship with them at such a difficult time in life, (Mum's 88 and bed bound) and having a company you can rely on and trust makes a great difference to our family. Not once have they missed mum's care, always turn up, we just wished we would of found them sooner. Mum's birthday yesterday, she even received a little bunch of flowers and a card, it's the little things that go a long way. 10/10 rating, thank you so much.

I am very happy with all my carers. I couldn't do without them and look forward to them coming. Management are very supportive and have helped me a lot.

It's hard to put into words the relief of having a good care system in place, often life changing.

Mother and Father can't fault these lovely, caring people.

The ladies who assist my mum are very compassionate and go out of their way to build a friendship as well as care for her. I'd like to point out two ladies in particular for their ever-continuing support. Excellent care company all around and would recommend.

Excellent service from new day care all the healthcare assistant staff are lovely and caring. Always on time and don't send different healthcare assistant staff so my dad has a good relationship with them. They are all very professional.

Thank you New Day Care Team and keep up the great work, even the neighbours comment on how good the team are.

We have 3 male carers that visit 4 times a day they are absolutely fantastic and a great help. We have also had lots of communication with the manager and admin staff who have been very accommodating.

They also are very kind and helpful to me and my dad.
