New Day staff have been very professional and my Auntie said they are amazing. Very supportive and caring. If I need to speak to management about anything, they always respond and get back to me very quickly. Very professional, very informative, caring and go out of their way to do the best possible,
to provide a great service.

I am happy with the care my mum is getting. All staff are friendly and caring. We have one carer who does go above and beyond, I've not been well myself recently and she's also been there for me as well as my mum. I couldn't fault any of the carers, to be honest.

Can not recommend this company enough. They go above and beyond for my Nan who has dementia and can be hard work on the best of days but the care given by these girls (I say girls cause my Nan will only have female care workers which again they have accommodated for her) is second to none they are brilliant
and very easy to communicate with especially the manager she is always on hand for me to ask questions regarding my Nans care, every one of the staff are so good with my Nan from looking after her to having the odd sing-along and dance to Nat king cole with her. I can’t recommend this company enough. Honestly 100% from me and my family.

New Day Care have been amazing and have really helped my relative. I feel confident that they will alert family and local authorities or medical services should anything change. Caring staff with a friendly approach.

The standard of care provided for my stepdad while he was alive was second to none. My mom's care is ongoing and again the care she receives is absolutely brilliant. Her carers are professional, kind and caring and she enjoys the company of each and every one. They have been with her through the sad
times encouraging her to move forward. She doesn't always want personal care but I know she's in safe hands on the odd times she does need extra help.
It's a big comfort to me knowing she is surrounded by some of the best carers I've ever met. I live quite a distance away but I'm always informed of any problems.

All care has been good, there are a few very small problems when there is a change of staff, but this can’t be helped when staff have days off. My mum has severe dementia and is ninety years old, so her care needs fluctuate, but we find that her care is very good and mostly exactly what she needs.

HPA staff are amazing. Very supportive, caring and hardworking. Management always respond in a timely manner. Very professional, very informative, caring and go out of their way to do the best possible, with providing a great service.

Dad had been ill a long time but we promised him he wouldn't have to go into a care home or hospital. When things became too difficult for us to manage we contacted New Day Care. The Manager visited us and very soon I knew it was the right choice, she explained everything so clearly, but more importantly,
she talked directly to my dad from the first moment she met him (and not over him as so many other professionals did).
During their visits all his personal care was taken care of, leaving him fresh, clean and smiling each day. Before long he was chatting with them about his times in the merchant navy and his grandchildren and they always took the time to listen. The whole team from New Day Care treated him with the utmost respect and dignity.
Sadly he passed away recently and following his death the manager visited my mum, bringing her a card and flowers and also attended his funeral.


The only thing that I regret is that I didn't bring them in much sooner!!
