Very professional company, communication is great and prompt. Lovely carers who take their time and are very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. Regular interaction with both Manager and Deputy, who have made recommendations to help with daily caring of my mother. Thank you.

All the staff have been very supportive and make each visit pleasant. Any questions to be asked are always answered straight away. From management to carers, they all work in a very professional manner. I would have no hesitation to recommend this company.

I am happy with the care my mum is getting. All staff are friendly and caring. We have one carer who does go above and beyond, I've not been well myself recently and she's also been there for me as well as my mum. I couldn't fault any of the carers, to be honest.

Can not recommend this company enough. They go above and beyond for my Nan who has dementia and can be hard work on the best of days but the care given by these girls (I say girls cause my Nan will only have female care workers which again they have accommodated for her) is second to none they are brilliant and very easy to communicate with especially the manager she is always on hand for me to ask questions regarding my Nans care, every one of the staff are so good with my Nan from looking after her to having the odd sing-along and dance to Nat king cole with her. I can’t recommend this company enough. Honestly 100% from me and my family.

New Day Care have been amazing and have really helped my relative. I feel confident that they will alert family and local authorities or medical services should anything change. Caring staff with a friendly approach.

It's a big comfort to me knowing she is surrounded by some of the best carers I've ever met. I live quite a distance away but I'm always informed of any problems.

All care has been good, there are a few very small problems when there is a change of staff, but this can’t be helped when staff have days off. My mum has severe dementia and is ninety years old, so her care needs fluctuate, but we find that her care is very good and mostly exactly what she needs.

HPA staff are amazing. Very supportive, caring and hardworking. Management always respond in a timely manner. Very professional, very informative, caring and go out of their way to do the best possible, with providing a great service.

Sadly he passed away recently and following his death the manager visited my mum, bringing her a card and flowers and also attended his funeral.
