We are so pleased with the care my brother is given by the New Day Care team. He has learning difficulties and disabilities. The care they provide has enabled him to live independently. They are always there to listen and help. We can relax knowing he is so well looked after.

This company is amazing, all staff and managers are approachable. My mum and all the family are at ease from day one. Nothing is too much trouble and they go over and above with everything. Thank you to the whole team.

I am happy with the care my mum is getting. All staff are friendly and caring. We have one carer who does go above and beyond, I've not been well myself recently and she's also been there for me as well as my mum. I couldn't fault any of the carers, to be honest.

All care has been good, there are a few very small problems when there is a change of staff, but this can’t be helped when staff have days off. My mum has severe dementia and is ninety years old, so her care needs fluctuate, but we find that her care is very good and mostly exactly what she needs.
