The rules of this house are not administered consistently. This evening one came to my door and insisted that my male visitor leave immediately she was rude and abrupt she refused to shut the door whilst my friend got his stuff and I was unable to say goodbye. This sort of situation is...
The rules of this house are not administered consistently. This evening one came to my door and insisted that my male visitor leave immediately she was rude and abrupt she refused to shut the door whilst my friend got his stuff and I was unable to say goodbye. This sort of situation is reprehensible and I have had many male visitors to
my room without there ever being a problem. I pay a lot of money in rent and I don't expect to be treated in this way it's caused me great distress and I now feel I have to leave. She is a bully and she is acting outside the remit of her duties and she should speak more respectful to vulnerable people!!!!!!!

We take all concerns regarding the well-being of our service users seriously and are committed to ensuring that everyone is treated with dignity, respect and fairness.
Our staff are required to follow house policies and procedures, which are designed to support the safety, well-being, and rights of all service users. Due to our obligations regarding confidentiality and data protection, we are unable to discuss individual service users, staff members or specific incidents in a public forum.
We would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns directly and encourage you to contact the management team so that we can review the matters raised and work towards a resolution.
