First Class Care (Herts and Luton)

This is only the second time of using First Class Care Services Limited after using them in August of 2025 and would definitely not use any other Company other than these now. Such lovely people who give me peace of mind knowing that whilst I am away my mum is being well looked after by the lovely healthcare assistants who are are appointed to look after her.Not only do they tend to her needs,they talk to her and make her feel at ease so a big thank you goes to Aissa who my mum loved and an even bigger thank you to Flo who definitely does go above and beyond for her clients, their family and her HCAs.Would highly recommend this Care Company.

He is aware of my son's needs and adapts activities accordingly.

All care staff helpful and considerate.

There has been less need for some personal care, but it will be needed if Ann returns home.

My uncle has been moved into a long term care, but we still keep in touch with First Class Care to update them on how he is. Would highly recommend this care company.

Since using 1st Class after switching due to a very bad experience with my previous care company, my mental health is improved and I believe it's hugely down to the amazing care I've been receiving of which they have shown me respect dignity and caring attitude. I feel having the care I need and deserve is the reason why I am happier in general as being less independent is something difficult to deal with enough and having nice caring people in my home has been a huge improvement on my mental health and also my family have benefited from maybe and happier all round

From the first initial meeting with First Class, we were met with complete professionalism, care and dignity, starting with the management team, then continuing with carers/support workers. Our present support worker/carer is hard working, reliable, and very passionate about her role. On behalf of my daughter and wider family, we are more than 100& pleased with our continuing support.

The visits night and morning have been efficient and helpful. The carers are most polite. Nothing is too much for them and full of respect. I feel safe and well looked after. I am 94 years old and have been so safe since having them. Thank you.

My 93-year-old father needs home care, we feel blessed to have found First Class Care. From the initial engagement with the management team I cannot praise the service provided highly enough. They have proved to be responsive to every call and request, phones are answered immediately, multiple numbers given in case my primary point of contact is unavailable. Their response to providing extra cover and adjustments to his care schedule have been met every time without issue. Our carer has been fabulous, kind, attentive and expert in handling all my father's needs. I recommend them totally without any hesitation.

Our family experience with First Class Care Services was simply excellent. When Dad got to his early 90s, he needed a little extra help getting ready in the morning for the day ahead. When we set up the service with First Class Care Services Ltd, they were brilliant and Dad liked the girls very much, striking up a close bond with his regular helpers. They were very reliable, and never let us down - not even once - their punctuality was also excellent and could always be relied upon to be at the house before 8 am. The real difference is that they look after your loved ones as though they are their own extended family - and for that, we will always be grateful.

I would just like to say a big thank you to the staff who cared for my Mum for the past three months. The care they gave her was excellent and they treated her with great respect and dignity, nothing was too much trouble. The bedtime call was always a bit of a laugh as I could hear them laughing with Mum while they were getting her ready for bed. The girls said it made them smile as Mum was their last call and it was nice to go home with a smile on their face and Mum’s. Mum will miss them as well I thank you again for all your help and support. If anyone is looking for home care for a loved one then First Class Care are the one. Very happy with the care given to my father, especially from one specific carer who responded so well to his changed circumstances after a stay in hospital. Also very pleased with punctuality, and that the carers reported any concerns about Dad's wellbeing which were then acted upon by the care manager.
