We are very pleased with Limitless carers. They are always very friendly and helpful and provide my aunt with the help that she needs. We have a mobile number to contact Limitless and they always respond very quickly, mostly within an hour or even immediately. They are flexible and have been able to give extra help with shopping trips, whilst I was on holiday, at fairly short notice.

Carers are professional and caring. Their number one priority is the needs of the client. They are friendly and always chat with the client even if the client is unable to respond. Clients family are always made aware of any concerns eg not eating well etc. Would and have recommended this care...

We used Limitless for a number of years to care for both my Mum and later my Dad, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Every member of the team was reliable, kind, caring and professional. They were always as flexible as possible, often helping with extra hours when we needed them most.

We used Limitless for a number of years to care for both my Mum and later my Dad, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Every member of the team was reliable, kind, caring and professional. They were always as flexible as possible, often helping with extra hours when we needed them most.
Mum adored all the ladies. Dad was initially reluctant, especially about personal care, but they treated him with such dignity and respect that he was soon completely at ease. Before long, he loved them all too! Their humour, warmth and banter always brought out the best in him, even on days when pain or confusion made him a little grumpy.

Even after we decided to employ a live in carer as Dad's needs changed - some of the team came to visit him. That says everything about the genuine relationships they build. We will always be grateful for the care they gave our parents and our family. Limitless truly are an exceptional team!

After months of struggling and arguing while washing, showering and dressing my husband, each morning, I was exhausted and my family insisted I got carers in to help. I knew from the minute the manager and her deputy walked into our home we had chosen the right company. They were very friendly but...
After months of struggling and arguing while washing, showering and dressing my husband, each morning, I was exhausted and my family insisted I got carers in to help. I knew from the minute the manager and her deputy walked into our home we had chosen the right company. They were very friendly but professional, explaining their backgrounds( NHS nurses) and the company policies. My husband was (unusually) very open to their suggestions for his needs and care. They explained that it would be 2 or 3 different carers but one of them would accompany the carer on their 1st visit to introduce them and explain what services had been agreed. My husband was a different man! Chatting away to the carer each day. Telling them little anecdotes about his life etc. It made such a difference to our lives. Our daily angels.
Unfortunately, my husband had a massive heartache in March which he didn't survive.
