The manager and her undermanager are so helpful if I phone with any questions or problems, I can't praise the service less than a ten for the service we have received.
The carers who have visited me have been very helpful and have done everything I have asked them to do.

SureCare went out of their way to help us and worked around our schedule. They covered us for night care 10 pm-7 am always on time and one lady, in particular, was amazing - she covered all of the nights for us. It was lovely to find someone we trusted and knew my uncle liked.

The proof of the pudding is of course in the eating. My parents’ feedback on the care received is the true litmus test. Understandably uncertain in their first experience of having care visits, they have since expressed glowing praise and appreciation for the carer. He has undoubtedly helped my dad successfully recover at home post hospitalisation and supported my mum through a physical and emotionally testing time.

When dealing with the office - their communication skills are impeccable, any concern I have ever raised, no matter how minor has been addressed immediately, putting my mind to rest.
