My mom has Alzheimer's dementia and the carers have been coming for nearly a year now. The carers come four times a day and they do her a meal and and a drink and have a chat with her which she looks forward to, they also give her medication which frees me up to do her shopping, ordering of medication,
hospital visits etc. so I'm so grateful for the help.
The manager and her undermanager are so helpful if I phone with any questions or problems, I can't praise the service less than a ten for the service we have received.

I needed urgent palliative care for my uncle. I found SureCare so helpful. They found someone to help out straight away.
SureCare went out of their way to help us and worked around our schedule. They covered us for night care 10 pm-7 am always on time and one lady, in particular, was amazing - she
covered all of the nights for us. It was lovely to find someone we trusted and knew my uncle liked.
Big thanks to all at SureCare

Surecare were recommended to me by a professional in the healthcare industry. My (and more importantly my parents') experience of all points of contact from the first phone call through to the provisional of daily care has been exceptional. What has been particularly impressive (and important to me)
has been the ease, simplicity and personal touch at each and every stage of communication coupled with the empathetic and professional care service.
The proof of the pudding is of course in the eating. My parents’ feedback on the care received is the true litmus test. Understandably uncertain in their first experience of having care visits, they have since expressed glowing praise and appreciation for the carer. He has undoubtedly helped my dad successfully recover at home post hospitalisation and supported my mum through a physical and emotionally testing time.

Very happy with this company, it is the second company I have ever used and I am very happy with them.

When dealing with the office - their communication skills are impeccable, any concern I have ever raised, no matter how minor has been addressed immediately, putting my mind to rest. They have contacted

me with suggestions and show a total understanding of the situation. Their training with the carers is thorough.

When dealing with the carers - they are very accommodating, caring, understanding, helpful, friendly.

Would strongly recommend this company, as they have relieved a lot of stress I had with a previous care company I was using.

Family run care company who are very professional and thorough. They took time to get to know my parents and ensured they were cared for. I had total trust in them and both managers were accessible at any time for conversations. I would definitely recommend them.
