Overall Experience

All staff caring for my needs are friendly, caring and professional. Nothing is too much trouble. It is a pleasure to see them, especially when I only go out about once a week.

Overall Experience

Excellent care provider, all carers were courteous, friendly, helpful and professional, they looked after my mom in her own home until illness sadly forced my mom into long-term care. I, personally, met all the carers and the care team manager and I got on extremely well with them all and had no issues trusting them to care for my mom's daily needs as I live over 30 miles away and have no transport so my peace of mind was put to rest knowing Mom had excellent carers who really did care about Mom and not just doing the jobs that needed doing. All in all, I literally have no complaints about any of the services they provided and would recommend them to anyone who needs genuine, honest, caring professionals to care for a loved one's needs.

Overall Experience
Breakthru Care provided four care visits a day to my mum prior to her going into care and I simply cannot praise the carers and managers enough. They showed her infinite kindness and patience and even on the mornings when she was most confused and upset, they always worked their magic and left Mum happy and chuckling.

Endlessly polite, patient and punctual, they treated Mum as if she was their only client and never rushed her or hurried her. They didn't just provide care to Mum. They truly cared. I will be forever grateful.

I called to make an inquiry and the customer service I received was amazing!
I would highly recommend this service.

The lady was polite and reassuring, she answered all the questions I asked confidently and she was very knowledgeable especially considering that she was just a receptionist.
