Surrey Quality Care Services Ltd Reviews (6)

Surrey Quality Care is the only agency I have ever used for my daughter and have no regrets whatsoever because the carers are like family. My daughter loves them, and she is treated with the utmost respect and love, which is nothing more than is requested or expected. I am very happy with the quality of care my daughter receives. Well done, girls. Continue doing what you're doing. Thumbs up!
The carers are very caring and supportive. They put my mind at ease, and the management always listens to my concerns and queries and acts upon them in a timely manner. Overall, the agency puts the needs of its clients into consideration before any other thing.
It took me a couple of weeks to settle in with the team. I really then started to notice how kind, helpful, understanding, supportive the carers were etc. Getting back to cooking my own meals, washing in the sink first because of my bad balance (2 walking sticks) then the shower after a few weeks. It's taking a bit of time, but I have got further than I would of, than if I was on my own, learning to trust myself more etc. Still a bit hesitant leaving my flat on my own etc. I am getting there. It's nice to eat home-cooked food now instead of tasteless microwave meals. I would recommend them to anyone for long/short-term care. 100%.
Absolutely awful... unprofessional, untrained. Don’t remove gloves after personal care and before preparing food. Don’t read care plans. Forget to document important information, ie. that they injure clients.
All the carers are very kind and thoughtful and attend to my needs. They always treat me with dignity and always find time to chat. Overall, I am very happy with the care provided.
It was a bit difficult at first, but after that, it has worked out very well. We have been very satisfied with all the staff and sorry to leave them. We would rather have stayed with this company.
