I am happy with the care provided.
Happy with the carers who are supporting and caring for mum and sister. The company providing the carers is doing a good job with excellent training given to the carers t provide the care needed for the clients.

The staff are always punctual and often go the extra mile to make care a little bit better. They all seem motivated and dedicated to their jobs.
Overall we are happy with the care my dad has recieved over the last few years. Care is now provided for my mum also. This enabling them to be togethering their own home. A few little blips now and then always seem to get sorted out. For myself, there are a few things which could be improved. If carers are entering the property with muddy shoes, please could the be cleaned up. Please can mum be dressed in appropriate clothing for the weather. Also could messages and notes be left regarding low supple of pads, cleaning fluids etc. Thank you.
