Overall we are happy with the care my dad has recieved over the last few years. Care is now provided for my mum also. This enabling them to be togethering their own home. A few little blips now and then always seem to get sorted out. For myself, there are a few things which could be improved. If
carers are entering the property with muddy shoes, please could the be cleaned up. Please can mum be dressed in appropriate clothing for the weather. Also could messages and notes be left regarding low supple of pads, cleaning fluids etc. Thank you.

The team were excellent and friendly and provided the high level of care Mum needed. They were on time, polite and full of smiles, making her day! The app provided detailed information for the family to work with and understand.
