New day care provided a pop in service for my Nan for two years, I was very happy with the service provided and it gave me peace of mind that my Nan was being seen.
In Jan 25 my nans needs changed and she required more care , the manager of new day care assured me that the agency could meet my nans
needs and as soon as my nan was discharged from hospital the care package was in place . I felt supported but most important my nans needs were being met to a high standard, my nan had been so independent prior to her fall , the girls treated my nan with so much respect and we got into a routine with the increased visits.
The carers were reliable and so caring with my nan , they respected her dignity and I knew she was in safe hands in their care.
I cannot rate new day care any higher than I do. They have provided an excellent service to my nan and myself as the family member .

Carers are always very communicative. They engage with my Dad and promote conversation. His personal care is of a high standard and the carers are very professional. Managers/admin are very helpful and have accommodated last minute changed when needed. Nothing seems too much trouble. This is the best
care agency we have had so far. Dad has a small ream of carers, ensuring consistency and forming a strong relationship with the care team. The cost of care is good value. I'm pleased we chose New Day.

After discussing his care needs they have provided a package of care which is allowing him to remain living independently. My husband was admitted to hospital, and I suffer with multiple sclerosis and I didn't know how I was going to cope.
I didn't know your firm existed and I have been so impressed by the carers who have looked after me. I couldn't have survived without them.

The manager and her team responded quickly and professionally to the need for urgent care for my mum. The carers that came in to support her were so kind, patient and understanding with her as she was very anxious about the whole change in her lifestyle. She quickly became reassured and started to look
forward to them coming in. As I live 248 miles away, it was so reassuring to know that she was being supported in her own home with such care and compassion.

New Day Care has been exceptional in the delivery of care since being introduced to them in April 2023. Firstly they reacted promptly to a request for help in a very personal, professional and most importantly understanding way.
They quickly accommodated the needs of my wife and matched her request
to the most pleasant employee who feels now like a ‘part of the family’ who we trust implicitly. Equally proficient cover for the main carer was planned in advance.
Finally, the interactions with the office and directors of the business have been extremely well managed. First class.

I have always been extremely pleased with my carers, they are all really friendly and help to put me at ease, which helps enormously with my anxiety. The carers are always punctual too. If ever there is a need to contact the management, they

I look forward to seeing my carers. They are so good at their jobs. Nothing is too much for them. I have complete trust in each one. I would also like to say that we have become good friends. They look after me in many ways, for example making sure I drink plenty of water and reminding me not to dehydrate.

I have found the service very useful and the only thing I would criticise is the 7:30 pm call, which is very early indeed for bed. I realise that not everyone can have a call at 10 pm, but maybe a rota would be helpful.
