New Day Care

Many thanks to all the staff at New Day Care for taking care of my mother. The carers were without fail kind and professional, and my mother built good relationships with them. The management were very responsive to her changing needs, and were able to alter provision at short notice. I cannot fault the service, and would recommend.

Words can't describe how proud and happy myself and my family are for the care provided by New Day Care. My dad's health wasn't the best, and as time went on, he got more and more sick. The staff at New Day Care went above and beyond for my dad, and even asked if I needed anything from shops, as I was mostly stuck at home caring for him. I can never thank yous all enough for the time and effort yous all put in to make sure our dad was ok. Yous made sure he was washed, made sure he ate, I would of been so lost without yous, even took time to sit down for five mins and talking to me and my dad about his times growing up, and seeing him happy, and a smile on his face, even tho when he was down and in pain. Yous always made him happy, thank you so much for caring for my dad. Wish you all the best.

I cannot rate new day care any higher than I do. They have provided an excellent service to my nan and myself as the family member .

Carers are always very communicative. They engage with my Dad and promote conversation. His personal care is of a high standard and the carers are very professional. Managers/admin are very helpful and have accommodated last minute changed when needed. Nothing seems too much trouble. This is the best care agency we have had so far. Dad has a small ream of carers, ensuring consistency and forming a strong relationship with the care team. The cost of care is good value. I'm pleased we chose New Day.

I contacted New Day Care regarding my father who needed support to continue to live independently. After discussing his care needs they have provided a package of care which is allowing him to remain living independently. The staff have been very friendly and reliable, and the managers have been really helpful.

The manager and her team responded quickly and professionally to the need for urgent care for my mum. The carers that came in to support her were so kind, patient and understanding with her as she was very anxious about the whole change in her lifestyle. She quickly became reassured and started to look forward to them coming in. As I live 248 miles away, it was so reassuring to know that she was being supported in her own home with such care and compassion.

Finally, the interactions with the office and directors of the business have been extremely well managed. First class.

I have been a client of New Day Care for the past five years. I have always been extremely pleased with my carers, they are all really friendly and help to put me at ease, which helps enormously with my anxiety. The carers are always punctual too. If ever there is a need to contact the management, they are always extremely helpful. Five star service.

I look forward to seeing my carers. They are so good at their jobs. Nothing is too much for them. I have complete trust in each one. I would also like to say that we have become good friends. They look after me in many ways, for example making sure I drink plenty of water and reminding me not to dehydrate. Last word; God bless you all.

I have found the service very useful and the only thing I would criticise is the 7:30 pm call, which is very early indeed for bed. I realise that not everyone can have a call at 10 pm, but maybe a rota would be helpful.
