Eniola Care

The team at Eniola Care are always friendly and reliable. The carers support my mother with personal care, preparing meals, assist with medication and household chores. They also keep me informed about any changes or concerns about my mums health and let me know when medication is running low. We are very pleased with the service they provide as living some distance away it is reassuring to know that she is in such good hands.

I have found that Eniola Care is much better than most. They are always willing to help/advise with anything, nothing is too much trouble. Plus they always let me know if they are delayed or stuck in traffic.

Carers are polite and attentive doing their very best to meet the needs of my mother. She really appreciates the time that they take to interact with her as a person rather than just someone who needs care.

All members of staff we met were polite, friendly, and efficiently carried out the care tasks as required without any problems, plus other minor household jobs etc.

All the staff who came to support my husband were kind and considerate as well as efficient in taking care of his personal needs. They also constantly reassured him when he found it difficult to accept that he was not able to look after himself.

The Care Support Workers have been so good to my mum. They have shown empathy and caring. The owner of the company is great. Very supportive to us as a family. She has been there for us as service users and supportive of her carers.
