Reliance Care has been providing for the last 14 months excellent care in support of the rehab program post-stroke for my husband. Professional, supportive, collaborating, flexible. I would strongly recommend.

The carers are absolutely great. Very caring and thoughtful and for me, do an amazing job and I am extremely happy with that side of things. Sadly though, in most cases I have had dealings with the management, I found them terrible to deal with and in most cases next to useless and extremely frustrating.

Reliance Care Services has become part of my life. The carers are kind and very helpful. I was in the hospital at the beginning of the year and I had no proper carers until Reliance. I have noticed recently that my usual carer is leaving me to go to other clients and I had built up a pleasant friendship
with her. I think this is because she is caring for new clients and I am at present still a service user waiting for a financial assessment to be calculated for further care. Things are not the same.

Reliance Care is a new care company setting up. All of the carers are polite and friendly and are self-directed by the client. Most days asking before leaving if there's anything else needing to be done. Everything in your file is correct and the carers can deal with medication if needed. They changed
my patch every week. They wear a uniform and badges so can be clearly identified by members of the public, if accessing your key safe or visiting you for the first time as your carer.

I have been really pleased with the service delivered by Reliance. Their carers are all extremely experienced and are hand-picked by personal recommendation. Reliance is a small company so you get to know each carer very well, and vice versa. They pay really close attention to what each client wants,
and always treat clients with dignity. They are very punctual, often dead on time and rarely more than 5 minutes late. They plan routes from client to client that minimise travel time.

Reliance Care provided care for my terminally ill father at our house from March to June. I cannot express highly how pleased we were with their service and professionalism. Each carer that came was friendly and would treat my father with total respect right up to the day he passed away. Reliance Care
certainly made everything easier for my husband and I and we thank them sincerely.
