Constantia cared for my mother during the last 14-months of her life. We had a number of wonderful carers, who all went above and beyond in looking after my Mum, both physically and emotionally. I was the primary family liaison for Constantia and dealt with a number of the management team too, who were great to deal with, communicated well and were able to handle more than one difficult situation with professionalism and sensitivity. I have no hesitation in recommending Constantia to any prospective client and would be happy to talk to anyone considering employing them.

Just as Covid-19 lockdown began, we were introduced to Constantia Care by Social Services for our first experience of live-in carers. I have been very impressed with the support given to my husband, aged 59 years, who has a chronic neurological disease plus autism. The agency is run efficiently by people who are enthusiastic about their jobs, work as a team and who communicate well. They genuinely listen and have provided carers who have been ‘a good fit’ for us. We have received a reassuring daily policy update email from Constantia Care, plus a couple of “how are things going?” phone calls. As the carers work full time, seven days a week, they have come to us on six-week contracts, but I know the agency will do its best to rotate staff so that longer-term client/carer relationships can grow in time. The charges are fair – certainly good value in the context of the care industry as a whole - especially given the good level of training and knowledge the carers have. Recommended!

We have been using Constantia for over 2 ½ years for the care of friends. One had Vascular Dementia and was supported until the end of his life. Now Constantia continues to provide us with Live-in Care for his partner. Constantia focuses strongly on its customers and their care workers, supporting both the client and their carer. The entire team will always go the extra mile efficiently and with the needed emotional support. This is valuable because care is a very demanding service and needs to be adapted for each client’s needs. They provide a holistic approach to care, taking care of our friend’s physical hygiene daily routine, as well as providing an emotional stimulus and balance. Constantia understands the needs of this household and is providing us with the required high-level service. In this time of the Covid-19 we are so very pleased to be a client of a company that has informed us daily and has a Zero-Case report of any related casualties nor infected cases. We highly recommend.

Managers arranged end of life care very quickly, appropriately and efficiently. Carers were always cheerful, knowledgeable, kind and supportive, making really useful suggestions and advice to relatives.

We have used Constantia Care for 18-months for our mother, who now has advanced dementia. We have been very grateful to have the same excellent carer all this time. Constantia Care staff have always been approachable and helpful with their advice as dementia progresses and changes have had to be made in the home.

My mum had care for approximately 3-4 months. Constantia Care kept in contact with you, updated with information and did checks for progress along the way. They were available by phone/email easily and were always courteous, upbeat and polite. The carers were also excellent. Treated my mum with kindness, compassion and patience which was what she really needed. They helped encourage her with her rehabilitation exercises and getting her moving again. They were more than just people who came in and washed and cooked for you. We had one career that hadn't done anything wrong but my mum just didn't take to her. Constantia Care had no problem whatever with changing and got a replacement immediately. They really do seem to have an eye for employing good careers.

The care provided for my mother over the last 2.5 years has been exceptional. The carer was very professional, extremely caring and always put my mother’s needs above anyone else's. The patience and undeniable devotion meant my mother enjoyed life as best she possibly could and she and the carer formed a very strong bond despite my mother’s severe dementia. Constantia have always been very responsive to our needs and we would have no hesitation in recommending them for providing a care service.

We recently used Constantia Care to provide a live-in carer for our father whilst our mum was away for a few days. The care he received during this time was outstanding. The compassion, attention to detail and level of general care given was explempery and surpassed our experiences with all other care providers used previously. The fact that our dad was being cared for to such a high standard gave my siblings and I great reassurance in our mum's absence.

Constantia Care provided a carer for my mother in December 2018. We have been delighted with the quality of service provided by both the staff and carers. Not only is the care provided exceptional, the carer is always very polite, professional and caring at all times. She has become a great companion and my mother is very comfortable and happy with her and the care provided.

We have had a live-in carer since early 2018 and what a real difference this has made to all our life’s. My grandmother's mobility has definitely improved and knowing that all her care needs are being met daily, is such a real weight of all our minds. Constantia Care has provided live-in carers for my Aunt who suffered a stroke for the last 3 years. The quality of service and care provided by the carers and staff have been exceptional. All the carers have been extremely caring, polite and hard-working. Consequently, my aunt is very happy with the service received.
