Clarity homecare service is very good. All the care staff are friendly, helpful, caring and professional. They have supported me with daily living tasks each morning for some time now, and I feel safe and cared for with them. They have taken on board requests or feedback which I have given, and improved
as required. The office staff are helpful and efficient, and respond promptly to all communications I have made. I would recommend Clarity Homecare to anyone needing care at home and support with daily living.

Extremely happy with the care from Clarity. Carers are friendly, polite, respectful and punctual. They always display their name badges and wear PPE. Very happy with the services. Would recommend.

Very pleased with all the care provided by Clarity Homecare over the last 18 months. All carers were professional and dedicated to our dad. Our dad loved them all and treated them as family, good interaction, caring and patient.

Have found my carers, all of them, to be helpful, amiable, understanding and even efficient. Should of course, prefer to cope on my own, but must accept reality and accept Clarity's services. Recommended!

Clarity Homecare Norwich looked after our mum for over two years. During that time she received wonderful care which was tapered by management to meet her gradual age/health-related changing needs. The company worked closely with family, showed mum kindness, compassion and always promoted dignity. Carers
understood her needs and had a good understanding of Alzheimer's and its effect on Mum and had such patience with her. In the last months of life Clarity provided 24 hour care which was amazing. Mum passed away at home a month ago at the age of 100. In her final days the carers offered tremendous support, helping us and mum through a difficult and sad time. We will be forever grateful to staff who became like family and who genuinely loved Mum. Their standards of care and kindness were quite exceptional. We couldn't have achieved her wish to remain at home without them.

I have never been in this situation before and being in my eighties it was daunting to look after my disabled husband. Then the care began and it has lived up to my expectations. I feel confident that we have found the right provider with the right expertise to cope with the situation in every way.
After a long night, there is still time for laughter and interaction. Without them, I would flounder and know I would not have the energy to cope.

Excellent care provider.
They have helped my mum so much compared with the other care package she had.
These lovely carers go above and beyond.
They encourage her with all her daily needs, encouragement given with her food/drinks.
They do daily housework eg washing clothes/drying them, cleaning
the house.
Call the GP on our behalf, sort medication.
Speak to health professionals on our behalf.

I honestly do not know how to explain how amazing this company and all the carers are. My grandmother has used other providers in the past and the care was okay. But what the Manager and her staff do is far more than provide care. They provide friendship, company, understanding, compassion and so much
more. It makes us, as a family, so happy to know that my grandmother has such wonderful people visiting her each day and we trust them 100%. The respect is so important. They always show total respect towards my grandmother and her home and when we visit we look forward to them coming in! Care is so much more than meeting a person's physical needs and that is what this company have realised and achieve every visit. They have clearly all taken time and pride to get to know my grandmother as an individual and they have enhanced and, in my opinion, extended my grandmother's quality of life and we will be forever grateful to them.

We have been very pleased. The staff have been very kind and helpful. They also take time to speak with my mother-in-law's husband who is often in another room on his own. They have shown interest in my mother-in-law's weakness and concern about her eating and have shown interest in improving it in
practical ways. This has also been the case with improving the amount of fluid in-take.
