Pride Homecare are a brilliant company. They have very caring and lovely carers.
Nothing is too much trouble.
They treat their clients with a great deal of respect
They are very happy and can make you laugh even if you are feeling a bit down.

Mum and Dad have always been really worried about having carers.
The first day they received care the carer spent time talking to them both about their lives etc. This was so good as my Mum has Dementia and gets incredibly anxious meeting new people. I cannot thank this lady enough and would like to
send my personal thanks to her.
Every carer that visits is so friendly, caring and professional.
As someone who works within the health and social care sector, I cannot speak highly enough of Pride Home Care Watton and the team that supports Thetford.
Thank you for not only my parents but my peace of mind that they are well looked after.

The service has so far been very good, and recently, the visit timings have been a lot better. We used to receive a weekly roster as to who was down to call and approximate arrival time. This was very helpful in arranging other of my daily tasks. Unfortunately, for the last three weeks, this information
has not been available to me, even after asking several times why it can't be sent.

I have been in care for three years now and have had very good treatment and I have a lot to thank the carers for i.e. sending me to hospital when I have said I am fine don't worry and more than once I do believe they have saved my life so thank you so so much.

Pride Home Care have been really good with the care they have given my mum and also the managers have been so supportive of my mum and the family after losing a loved one who was taking care of themselves with pride.

Pride carers are fantastic. Very caring and considerate.
Only downfall the last few months is rota times.
I do however highly recommend Pride for their caring staff.
CEO did visit to sort the issue out with us regarding rota times. I have every confidence this will be resolved.

We are very happy with the service we receive and have no complaints they are mostly on time and cheerful when they arrive nothing to much trouble. Before we transferred to Pride we were with another company which was not as accommodating as Pride all in all we are very pleased.

We recently received homecare for my father from the team in Pride Home Care Watton Branch, the ladies who visited four times a day couldn't have been nicer, they were always punctual, helpful and very kind to our dad who was very poorly and in his last days of life. Special thanks go to two members
of staff, in particular, who really did help us during a very difficult time.

I am ambitious in business planning and project to expand further with the potential of opening a third branch in Thetford, Norfolk with further potential to expand to Suffolk."
