Really happy with the service they provide.

Thank you for not only my parents but my peace of mind that they are well looked after.

The service has so far been very good, and recently, the visit timings have been a lot better. We used to receive a weekly roster as to who was down to call and approximate arrival time. This was very helpful in arranging other of my daily tasks. Unfortunately, for the last three weeks, this information has not been available to me, even after asking several times why it can't be sent.

I have been in care for three years now and have had very good treatment and I have a lot to thank the carers for i.e. sending me to hospital when I have said I am fine don't worry and more than once I do believe they have saved my life so thank you so so much.

Pride Home Care have been really good with the care they have given my mum and also the managers have been so supportive of my mum and the family after losing a loved one who was taking care of themselves with pride.

The carers that arrive are all great, their attention to detail is noticeable and always with confidence they go above and beyond in their caring role. My wife is very happy with the service provided by these special carers and so am I. Well done to one and all.

We are very happy with the service we receive and have no complaints they are mostly on time and cheerful when they arrive nothing to much trouble. Before we transferred to Pride we were with another company which was not as accommodating as Pride all in all we are very pleased.

Excellent service provided by Pride. Carers go above and beyond to make sure you are well cared for and have everything you need to enhance your life and well-being.

We recently received homecare for my father from the team in Pride Home Care Watton Branch, the ladies who visited four times a day couldn't have been nicer, they were always punctual, helpful and very kind to our dad who was very poorly and in his last days of life. Special thanks go to two members of staff, in particular, who really did help us during a very difficult time.
