Surely claiming fees for full calls when not delivering should be fraud?
So much for the claim that first-class one-on-one care is provided, this is absolutely not the case.
Up until now, the girls have been great and I have no problems with them.
I'd never needed personal care before now but I couldn't have done without your ladies. However, after just a few weeks I was able to shower myself.
Thank you so much.
My husband wouldn't let the young girls shower him but they gave him a good wash and dress him, which was a good help to me.
Only had a few carers in - just been handed over from rapid response, but my dad seems OK with the carers so far. That's all that counts, as long as my dad is fine, it's all good.
All the staff are very friendly and professional. My dad has been treated with respect and dignity at all times. Really pleased with the service provided.
