I knew my mum was well looked after by each and every carer, this took a lot off my mind especially when I was at home some 200 miles away. Amanda the office manager was an absolute dream she regularly kept me informed and gave me advice on mum's care which allowed me to keep the promise I made to mum for her to be cared for at home and not hospital. Although mum is no longer with us I would thoroughly recommend. Thank you Agile Care Services for everything you did for mum
Thank you so much for you kind words. It was a pleasure supporting you and your mum through a difficult time and through her final journey.
I would like to say a massive thank you for all your care and compassion for the care and respect you gave my father-in-law. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I was always kept informed on his care needs.
Thank you for your kind review. We are so pleased that you were very happy with all care and support rendered. It was a pleasure to support you and your father in-law through a very difficult time.
Very prompt as carers arrive on time. Staff very courteous & caring. Maintenance of peg excellent. Assisted with personal care ie showering, dressing and providing cooked food. Any health problems immediately reported to the office and/or myself. Overall excellent care is provided.
Great to hear that you are happy with all care and support received.
The company and managment are very good. Helpful and efficient. The overall quality of care is good but depends on the carers attending. Attention to detail is sometimes missed.
Glad that you are mostly satisfied with support received. Please contact the office where their are any failings and we will ensure that this is rectified immediately.
There was a very thorough assessment of my needs. Care was provided closely following my requirements. Carers were always on time and always professional efficient sensitive and supportive. Communication was easy and I felt comfortable at all times. I was especially impressed that carers allowed me to do everything I was able to and stepped subtly when they saw I needed help. This gave me confidence and allowed me to move forward in my post-surgery recovery. Care, kindness and support were wonderful.
We were very happy with your service of care and the carers were very good looking after my mother and were very good supporting the family. Thank you once again for all of your support. I would recommend the company to anyone who needs care and support.
Excellent. The quality of the carers has been outstanding. Kind, professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, caring, reliable. Everything we needed and more. I have been pleased with how well a member of staff in particular has prepared the team and how well she has matched them to us as a client and family. Highly recommended. Thank you.
We knew our dad was safe and well looked after by every carer, this took a lot of weight off our shoulders, If there was ever a problem we were informed immediately. Without the help of these amazing carers, we wouldn't have been able to keep Dad at home.
Happy to adjust care to meet our needs often at very short notice
Daytime care is provided by an amazing lady.
A few live-in carers best being one, she kept the house obviously spotless and prepared home-cooked meals.
Mum has dementia so at times challenging but they offered emotional support.
I am very pleased with my carers. They are kind, caring and compassionate. They treat me with respect and dignity. They are punctual and trustworthy. They are friendly, cheerful and considerate and always make sure I'm comfortable before they leave. Their attention to health and hygiene is first-rate. They always cheer me up, and I can't speak too highly of them.
So pleased to hear this, thanks for all the kind words, it is a pleasure to support you.
The care and support my Dad has received has been excellent. The only downfall I can really say is the many changes of different carers as this does affect my Dad's mood and behaviour. All the carers have been excellent with him and only 1 that I feel wasn't able to give my Dad the care he needed as she obviously didn't read his notes and have an understanding of his condition which if she really wanted to would learn from the internet. But other than that all the staff and carers have treated my Dad with dignity and respect which as a carer is a huge relief.
We are so pleased that you feel overall that the care your father is receiving is a 5-star rating, but sad to hear that one of our carers has let you down, we would be grateful for the chance to rectify this if you would like to contact the Office Manager to discuss - we would be happy to hear of...
My husband has late-stage motor neurone disease so is very disabled. Agile Care teams have gone over and above to help care for him. We get the same team each morning who are fantastic with him making him feel safe and cared for. They feel like part of our family. He and I trust them which enables me to leave him for a short time. The manager always tries to send someone we know for the night care which we really appreciate. We are always informed if there are any changes to staffing. We are really pleased with Agile Care and highly recommend them.
Very good service, lady carers very kind and helpful, though inevitably the patient gets on with some better than others. Punctuality is sometimes a problem because of previous commitments, but any lateness always made up by staying on for longer. The company has been flexible about requirements. The only drawback is that we rarely know who is coming - even the ladies do not seem to know their schedule.
