Terri brings over 10 years of experience in the Health & Social Care sector, with nine of those years dedicated to Abbeycare. She has served in various roles within the organisation, gaining extensive knowledge and expertise in the field.
Since joining the organisation in November 2020, Tammy has worked as a Care Support Worker and Team Leader in the field. She recently transitioned into her current role as Service Manager.
Molly began her career in care eight years ago as a carer within a domiciliary care company, where her dedication, compassion, and natural leadership skills quickly shone through. Within just over a year, she was promoted to the role of Care Coordinator—marking the start of her journey into care management.
In May, Molly made the transition to supported living services with Abbeycare and has never looked back. She has found her passion in creating environments where individuals receive truly person-centred support that reflects their needs, preferences, and aspirations.
