With over 17 years of experience in the care and support sector, Jade began her career as a Care Worker in the Rotherham area. Her dedication, compassion, and commitment to delivering high standards of care led her to progress into the role of Care coordinator, followed by a variety of positions across the industry that further strengthened her expertise.

Now proudly serving as the Registered Manager of Abbeycare and Nursing’s Sheffield branch, Jade brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to her leadership role. She works closely with her team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that meets the individual needs of every service user.

Terri brings over 10 years of experience in the Health & Social Care sector, with nine of those years dedicated to Abbeycare. She has served in various roles within the organisation, gaining extensive knowledge and expertise in the field.

Since joining the organisation in November 2020, Tammy has worked as a Care Support Worker and Team Leader in the field. She recently transitioned into her current role as Service Manager.

Molly began her career in care eight years ago as a carer within a domiciliary care company, where her dedication, compassion, and natural leadership skills quickly shone through. Within just over a year, she was promoted to the role of Care Coordinator—marking the start of her journey into care management.

In May, Molly made the transition to supported living services with Abbeycare and has never looked back. She has found her passion in creating environments where individuals receive truly person-centred support that reflects their needs, preferences, and aspirations.

Known for her "fun but fair" management style, Molly brings energy, empathy, and a strong sense of advocacy to her role. She is a firm believer that everyone deserves the highest standard of care and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure her clients receive the best support available.

Ashleena has worked in social care since leaving education in 2014, bringing over a decade of experience to her role. Her career has been largely focused on supporting individuals with complex mental health needs and dual diagnosis, where she has developed a deep understanding of person-centred, trauma-informed care.

With eight years of hands-on experience in this highly specialised area, Ashleena is skilled in building trust, promoting independence, and delivering tailored support that meets each individual’s unique needs. She is passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives and is committed to providing compassionate, respectful, and empowering care.
