Overall Experience

I have had a good experience with this company, the staff are trained and communicate well with clients. Always wearing PPE and informative. I would kindly recommend them to anyone who is struggling to look after a loved one and needs support from care staff. The management has dealt with enquiries

Overall Experience

All of the carers are courteous and attentive to the needs of my mum and are compassionate when responding to the family requests to help give Mum a good life, despite the dementia and Alzheimer’s.
The carers talk to Mum, and it’s lovely to hear and see their reactions when they get a response from

Mum.
Inner City Care started delivering care at a challenging time in Mum’s life and has worked with us to get a good care plan that assists Mum in having a better life.

I cannot praise Inner City Care enough for their professionalism, decency and care they are providing for my mother. The staff go above and beyond with assisting my mother and are very approachable, friendly and professional. The management at Inner City Care is very approachable, and I can call them

at any time and there’s someone on the other end of the phone to assist with any queries or changes, which is absolutely amazing. I cannot praise this company enough and would recommend their services to anyone and everyone.
