I have had a good experience with this company, the staff are trained and communicate well with clients. Always wearing PPE and informative. Overall Experience
All of the carers are courteous and attentive to the needs of my mum and are compassionate when responding to the family requests to help give Mum a good life, despite the dementia and Alzheimer’s.

I cannot praise Inner City Care enough for their professionalism, decency and care they are providing for my mother. The staff go above and beyond with assisting my mother and are very approachable, friendly and professional. The management at Inner City Care is very approachable, and I can call them at any time and there’s someone on the other end of the phone to assist with any queries or changes, which is absolutely amazing. I cannot praise this company enough and would recommend their services to anyone and everyone.
