Support provided by carers for both dad and mum was excellent. Carers very conscientious and considerate to dad's needs.

Very supportive and caring over a 7 month period. I have recommended them on at least 3 other occasions. It was a pleasure having such a supportive team were possible fitting into my times as needed.

We are so grateful for all the support from Simple Care 4U. From first telephone contact, the organisation has been both professional and sensitive, responding very quickly to all requests, and giving us great confidence. Compliments to all the young ladies who have been involved over the past 2 months - in addition to providing care as requested, they have been gentle, considerate and very patient. We especially appreciated having the same few carers consistently, so they were familiar friendly faces. Very happy to recommend.

The care my husband received over the past 5 months has been exemplary in every possible way. He was treated with care, compassion and great dignity throughout the most difficult time in our lives. We could not have managed without their 4 visits a day for which they never failed to arrive despite the constant traffic chaos around our area. We were so grateful for their help and advice to assist us with making my husband comfortable in his last months of life to enable him to be at home with us. We will never forget each any every one of the dedicated carers who attended. A very professional company and instant response which is sadly quite rare these days. Thank you all so much.

My father was visited by a lovely team after his discharge from hospital. The carers were very professional, respectful and caring. We always saw at least one familiar face which meant they established a good relationship with my father. We had regular visits throughout the day and a visit was never missed. Exceptional service from start to finish. Carers were skilled, highly competent, efficient, genuinely caring, reliable. They were a pleasure to have in our home. Showed compassion and empathy for the carer as well as the person being cared for. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The carers could not be more accommodating. They are very conscious of my husband's dignity. They go out of their way to make sure both my husband and myself are comfortable and as destressed as possible.

The morning agent is excellent. The midday agent is alright but difficult to understand clearly at times.

I have had the service for over 9 months now and am very happy with the service I get.

The team from Simple Care 4U provided outstanding care flawlessly every day. We could not have asked for a better service, they were caring, friendly, polite and nothing was ever too much for them. We had the luxury of their service for several months and the level of care was consistent day in and out, 7 days a week. I cannot praise the individuals who came to us every day enough, they were truly fantastic. Thank you!

Five of your carers are excellent but the others are just good which is why I put the X in good.

I am treated with dignity and the carers are flexible towards my needs. I find my carer very kind and caring. My disease can make me tearful and my carer always makes me feel better. They are professional and work hard. They listen to me and understand my needs.

The standard of care we experienced was excellent. The staff providing the care were professional and effective. They displayed a level of compassion and empathy in their work we had not anticipated, this extended beyond our father's palliative care and included the immediate family. The respect and consideration they demonstrated, together with the professional care and compassion, enabled us to navigate a very distressing time with dignity and love. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The two carers allocated to my husband's care were efficient, kind and polite, particularly during 2023 when his condition worsened. The one carer who attended three times daily went well above and beyond what we expected or hoped of him. He was honest, cheerful, capable and developed a great friendship with my husband, up till his death in September 2023. Despite the terrible nature of his condition, my husband always cheered up when this carer arrived. His final months without the continued help, support and encouragement this young man provided to both of us. Empathetic and competent carers are essential, but sadly rare in palliative care. I have nothing but praise for the agency and this carer in particular.

My 93 year old father was very resistant to having carers at home and was, initially, rude to the carers. However, he very quickly grew to trust them and consider them as friends. I cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness towards my father and for helping us, his family, to honour his final wish - to die at home with dignity. Thank you.

It is a big decision to admit you need help and trust the care of your loved one to others. From the initial contact to the carers arriving, the service, care and compassion shown to us by Simple Care 4U have been outstanding. I cannot thank and praise them enough, and their support is allowing us to spend quality time together without the worry of wondering how on earth we would cope alone.

Carers are on time, very friendly, professional, kind and helpful, I enjoy their visits. They complete all tasks very well and make me feel good. Nothing is too much, they work with me and treat me with dignity and respect, they are very thoughtful.
