Wonderful company and carers excellent!

Carers are on time, very friendly, professional, kind and helpful, I enjoy their visits. They complete all tasks very well and make me feel good. Nothing is too much, they work with me and treat me with dignity and respect, they are very thoughtful.

Following a recommendation to Simple Care 4U some four years ago and the excellent care and help given at that time, it was my obvious choice to turn to them again for help recently when my husband became ill. Once again, we received care second to none, and the carers quickly familiarised themselves with his requirements, treating him with care, respect, understanding and kindness. The care we received from Simple Care is on the whole very good. The carers are kind, friendly, helpful in all sorts of ways, and have become like family members to us. We have become dependent on their help. I know that they suffer staff shortages, which sometimes mount in missed calls.

Excellent service and care for 12-months. I feel so much better and have more confidence. Look forwards to the carer's visits four times a day; they do a great job with personal care and cheerfulness, helpfulness, ie, shopping and every going for fish and chips for my lunch! I had previous carers, but the company is perfect and cannot be beaten. Would recommend them to everybody. Excellent management. Good value for money.

Simpl Care 4U Ltd is very good and reliable. They work as a team and always find ways to improve to make their carr even more suitable for their clients. Their staff are well trained and have great communication skills. If their communication skills aren't that good, the other carers always try to help each other and progressively get better. They always arrive at the calls on time, however, if there is a delay, they contact us straight away.
