Outstanding care. My sister was treated with dignity, kindness and great care. All the staff were wonderful, they were so dedicated, we cannot thank them enough.
Not only did they show understanding and tenderness to my sister but also to the family and friends at her bedside. Amazing people.

Overall Experience
CC Healthcare looked after my Mum with 4 visits a day to us at home during her end-of-life care. They treated her with respect and dignity and were gentle and highly skilled at washing, changing, and repositioning her in the bed. They offered support and advice to me and had fun with my elderly Dad...
CC Healthcare looked after my Mum with 4 visits a day to us at home during her end-of-life care. They treated her with respect and dignity and were gentle and highly skilled at washing, changing, and repositioning her in the bed. They offered support and advice to me and had fun with my elderly Dad who spent every moment by her side helping take his mind off things. I can't say enough good things about the staff other than to say they made a bleak period so much easier and I looked forward to their visits and will be forever grateful.

Constantly finding out-of-date food in fridge. Medication not being witnessed given.
Key safe left on numbers. Not wearing the correct PPE. Very rude and abrupt when confronted about things. Will not recommend this service to anyone.
