Absolutely dreadful - seven months of constant worry if the carers were going to turn up and spend the allocated time with my mum.
I've made constant complaints to the office and management.
Carers turning up when and if they think they will, if at all.

We are deeply sorry you feel this way and received what you describe as a negative experience. We only wish you had brought this to our attention sooner before the client’s care was terminated.
In our files, all concerns were addressed and resolved. We had followed our protocols for safeguarding our clients and supervising the carers involved. As well as monitoring their performance through spot checks and client feedbacks.
Management had followed up for feedback, which was that all was well up to the last day of care provided.
We will take concerns and feedback on board and continue to improve through partnerships to be able to achieve a high standard of person-centred care to the best of our abilities.

Overall Experience
Can not thank carers enough at Golden Hands for the way they have looked after my Aunt. They are kind, caring, considerate of her needs and keep me updated if any issues arise. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
