Carers are mainly very punctual. They are very thoughtful and converse with Lyn to try to ascertain her needs as she is non-verbal. They laugh and joke with her to get her to smile and participate as much as she can.
Dear TC, thank you for your kind review. Supporting Lyn is a privilege and the thoughts expressed will be shared with staff as they they so often go above-and-beyond in their determination to provide the best possible care. Kind Regards, Neil.
I have consistently found the carers to be capable, caring, compassionate and professional in all my dealings with them.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are encouraged by your feedback and look forward to continuing to care for your loved one. In the meantime, if there is anything we can do to further improve your experience of care, please don't hesitate to get in touch with . Amanda, Cynthia or me at the branch. Kind Regards, Neil
Since care has started, Coastal Homecare has made such a difference to me. All carers come in and talk to me that is so important. I appreciate all the carers that come to see me.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We understand that providing a package of care can be a stressful time. I'm reassured to learn that communication, such an important element of care, is open and two way. Long may it continue! Kind Regards, Neil
There are occasions when I am unsteady on my feet. In those circumstances the carer visiting me takes all reasonable action to ensure that I do not sustain a fall without compromising my determination to walk.
I receive an agenda each week advising me of the times of the visits and the identity of the carers which I find vary. Sometimes the agenda has to be altered and I am usually advised of the position
I feel obliged to name one individual namely the supervisor she is not only an excellent carer she's also very kind.
Thank you for your review. It is heartening to hear that our wonderful team of kind and compassionate carers continue to meet your needs since you joined our service. It was particularly pleasing to hear the positive feedback for our splendid supervisor as part of the management team in the office....
