I have been in receipt of care since early March 2024 and it is ongoing the care which I have received has been excellent and without exception the lady carers who visit me are very friendly and deal with all of my care needs whilst so far as they can taking positive steps to ensure that I retain a
degree of dignity. In addition the carers make certain that I have some independence without putting myself at risk of personal injury.
There are occasions when I am unsteady on my feet. In those circumstances the carer visiting me takes all reasonable action to ensure that I do not sustain a fall without compromising my determination to walk.
I receive an agenda each week advising me of the times of the visits and the identity of the carers which I find vary. Sometimes the agenda has to be altered and I am usually advised of the position
I feel obliged to name one individual namely the supervisor she is not only an excellent carer she's also very kind.

Amanda joined Coastal Homecare's Mid Sussex branch in April 2019 as a Home Carer. In December 2020, Amanda took up the role of coordinator. Amanda was promoted to branch manager in November 2021 and successfully passed her CQC Interview at the start of 2022. She is now the Registered Manager and has received a Diploma Level 5 in Health and Social Care

Job Title: Home Care Field Supervisor

Cynthia had previously studied for CACHE DIPLOMA level 2 in childcare, upon completing this, she worked with young children from 0-5 years in a nursery setting. Looking for a new challenge, she then decided to venture into social care. She also has experience working as an HCA with a reputable mental health care provider for a couple of years. After this, Cynthia proceeded to work with children with challenging behaviour and autism support. She joined Coastal Homecare in 2019 as a carer. Over time, she has progressed to a senior carer and now a field supervisor. She continues to enjoy carrying out her job role, providing and maintaining the high standard of care as she continues to carry out her duties.
