The team seemed to be professional at most times, they were courteous and easy to deal with and get on with the job n hand in a helpful and motivated manner.

Without the care of the nurses, I could not function. Excellent carers.

I would like to say that this care team are absolutely amazing. They are kind, caring, respectful, compassionate, reassuring and encouraging. I feel privileged to have them caring for me. When I have been upset or worried about anything they have always talked me through it and reassured me and pointed me in the right direction of further help available if needed. The team have always been respectful of family members, also so efficient and happy in their work.

D Osteen is a firm of carers who care for people and also care about them. Cleanliness is important, both personal cleanliness and cleanliness in one's home surroundings. Hence the one hour weekly cleans. My day starts with a wash, a joint effort of the carer and myself. There is great importance laid on medication and ensuring that the correct medication is taken. Then follows breakfast I have four egg mornings a week, given the option of boiled, poached or scrambled and fruit juice. It is a very nice breakfast, the carers are good cooks. On returning to my bedroom I find it has been tidied, the torch that had rolled under the bed has now been put back in its place by the bedside clock and the cup I left in the bedroom has already gone back in the kitchen - so I needn't have asked about it, it had already been done. This is the remark I associate with D Osteen - 'things are done before you ask for them.'

These carers are amazing and their care of my husband has helped me get through a very difficult time due to the loss of our daughter. Nothing is too much trouble and they have helped in solving problems which were not investigated by our GP. I have already recommended their service.

High standards set to reassure me at every stage. The staff gave always treated me with respect and have always been punctual. Every effort has been made to send the same staff on a regular visit so I have got used to them. They are always cheerful and encouraging.
