I am very happy with the care that I am receiving. The carers are very friendly and respectful, always talking to me as a person not an 'OAP', always ask if I require anything else before leaving. I would highly recommend these carers.

Recently my 92-year-old mother who suffers from C.O.P.D made a full recovery from a chronic chest infection. The care she received by the carers was over and beyond their duties with utmost professionalism, which in turn prevented her going into hospital, enabling her to remain in her own home surroundings as she suffers from dementia as well. The thought of hospitalisation at this present time was unthinkable for her and our family. A massive thank you to all the team.

My brother is 90 years old and has dementia. He is quite isolated as he lives alone. He has been very happy with his carers. They are reliable, kind and very professional. He has had bad experiences with previous carers and when he changed to D Osteen, it was a real revelation as to how good carers could be. As well as brilliant day to day care, they have helped with various medical issues, liaising with GP's, district nurses and keeping us informed. Our biggest regret is that we are not able to take them with us when he moves to be nearer to family. We cannot praise them highly enough.

The care and experience we received from D Osteen was a real breath of fresh air. They helped us raised the standards of our live-in care, and we trusted them to maintain their high level of service, even if we were out of the country.
