I would never recommend this company. The management seem to have no interest in concerns regarding the level of care their staff are providing. My vulnerable nan with dementia was so neglected by this company. We had installed cameras in the property prior to care being put in place and witnessed them leaving 3 minutes into a half an hour call to provide personal care, meal and medication multiple times. My Nan was left dirty, un fed and unwell due to having no food with her medication which is meant to be taken with food. Beds not changed as requested, rotten fruit not thrown away causing an infestation of flies. Every call was rushed and the bare minimum was completed. Extremely disappointed in this company, after many weeks of reporting issues and false promises, we have gone elsewhere.

ELR Initially seemed ok, Price was low and they set up services quickly.

There seemed to be no initiative from care staff. Surfaces were left dirty, they never seemed to put overflowing bins outside. spoiled food not checking sell by dates. One said they didn't use ovens.

Staff seemed to turn up when they wished, 5pm was call time, had them turn up 3pm one day then 7pm another. Had my relative in tears thinking missed.

Multiple neighbours then told me carers were leaving within a few minutes of arrival, So I put doorbell camera in. They spent 9 minutes with my mom providing 'companionship and a meal.' I made decision to leave immediately. Told the manager who did respond to first email but not of the evidence. No refund offered, My relative was duped out of hundreds of pounds in lost 'care' hours.

I would not use these for a vulnerable adult. theres very little care. Just rush to move on.

I left ELR recently because of very poor care i received bordering on dangerous, some carer's didn't seem to have had any training at all,I have parkinsons disease and parkinsons dementia and received brilliant care from most of the carer's but a few were useless the last carer's visited me caused me terrible pain and injurie that the family immediately terminated the care package

Excellent reliable caring service received for my mum, nothing is ever too much trouble. All staff are all professional, friendly and go the extra mile, keep me updated with anything that needs bringing to my attention or any concerns. Also met staff previously in my role as a professional ,was always very impressed with them then, that is reason I used them for my own mum and have no regrets. My mum looks forward to the staff visiting and always able to request extra as needed. Highly recommend.
