The office staff were available at weekends and bank holidays and always dealt with enquiries efficiently and effectively.

I cannot speak more highly of the care and consideration I was given both by the office staff and the owner (my care provider). I am looking forward to returning in June and September 2021 and having my care plan through Charity Earnshaw.

They all make my start of the day with all of their wonderful smiles, followed by very thoughtful discreet care. Nothing ever is too much trouble. They all seem to know what I need/should need way before I do. Dignity would also have to be included.

The care and help I received after my total hip replacement operation was excellent. I would not have recovered as fast without it.

My recently deceased Mother (who died aged 88 years from advanced Alzheimer's Dementia) was cared for brilliantly by Charity for 10 months. She was present at my mother's passing in January 2019. Charity attended to the personal care of my mother twice daily without fail. Charity treated my mother with great sensitivity and dignity. Charity is extremely experienced and professional in the home care services with many years of expert experience. In my opinion, Charity's greatest attribute and what makes Charity so special is the genuine care and compassion that she gives to her patient. I cannot recommend this agency highly enough. My mother, who had vascular dementia, was treated with kindness, patience and professionalism; no detail was overlooked. We had continuity of care - a relationship was formed - timings and commitments were maintained, much to the relief of my elderly father. We are so glad we found this agency and its amazing proprietor, as we feel we got the best.
