Overall Experience

My father needed night care and afternoon care at short notice. Charity Earnshaw responded very quickly and provided carers the same day as the initial meeting/assessment.
The carers provided very good care and treated my father with respect and dignity.
The office staff were available at weekends

and bank holidays and always dealt with enquiries efficiently and effectively.

Overall Experience

I was on holiday for a week this September 2020. As I had previously received exemplary care from Charity Earnshaw, (September 2019), upon my request my council's social services department booked my daily care plan with the owner. My care plan was for care each morning to assist me to shower and dress

(including taking off and putting on class 2 compression stockings) ready for the day - 1 hour per day. The owner provided my daily care with an infectious cheerfulness, kindness and utmost professionalism.
I cannot speak more highly of the care and consideration I was given both by the office staff and the owner (my care provider). I am looking forward to returning in June and September 2021 and having my care plan through Charity Earnshaw.

Overall Experience

The manager who runs this agency is very thoughtful and is always willing to help, she arrives on time no matter what the weather is doing and always comes with a smile.
I would recommend this agency to anyone who might need it, as the care is excellent, I will be using this agency again.

Overall Experience

They all make my start of the day with all of their wonderful smiles, followed by very thoughtful discreet care. Nothing ever is too much trouble. They all seem to know what I need/should need way before I do. Dignity would also have to be included.

Charity is a very warm, friendly and caring person. My mother feels very safe and happy having her care for her every morning. Charity is always very happy to give extra help when needed, even if it is just driving or collecting from appointments.

My recently deceased Mother (who died aged 88 years from advanced Alzheimer's Dementia) was cared for brilliantly by Charity for 10 months. She was present at my mother's passing in January 2019. Charity attended to the personal care of my mother twice daily without fail. Charity treated my mother

with great sensitivity and dignity. Charity is extremely experienced and professional in the home care services with many years of expert experience. In my opinion, Charity's greatest attribute and what makes Charity so special is the genuine care and compassion that she gives to her patient. My family and I can 100% highly recommend Charity Earnshaw Homecare Services.

Overall Experience

I cannot recommend this agency highly enough. My mother, who had vascular dementia, was treated with kindness, patience and professionalism; no detail was overlooked. We had continuity of care - a relationship was formed - timings and commitments were maintained, much to the relief of my elderly father.

We are so glad we found this agency and its amazing proprietor, as we feel we got the best.
