Very satisfied with my care. Generally have the same familiar carers. Its not just physical care - its conversation etc.

The care and support the girls showed was excellent. To show my mother care and help at times when she was a nightmare to deal with, their understanding was fantastic, and I would recommend their services at any time. Thank you for all your help.

Always on time - always very pleasant, and nothing was too much for her. I hope we meet again she is a lovely person.

The care staff here are an absolute god sent for my mum. I've had a bad experience before with mum's previous care, but everyone here who provides home care has been amazing. There is continuous communication they have my mum's needs at heart. They have gone above and beyond. I can't say a bad word about any of the staff. Total praise for everyone.

It has been great so far, the staff are friendly and treat my mum with dignity, please remember to close the key safe as it was left open.

The carers were pleasant, always turned up. They did not need telling what to do. They were all very good.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received. Nothing is too much trouble for the carers and they always have a smile on their faces. They are kind and gentle.

The staff who visit my grandma are friendly, caring and helpful. They treat her with dignity and care. Even when I'm out shopping, they talk to her like an old friend. More so when I was in hospital, my stress was taken away knowing they were there for her.

Now on week 38 of using "For You Social Care Ltd". Care has been excellent from day one. Care Team are reliable and very professional. Communication between carers and myself has been a very important aspect, making sure Mum has the best care possible. The manager has kept in regular contact with me to review/check Mum's care package.

Very informative relaxed and able to ask any questions which were fully answered.

Whilst doing the care-plan things, they still find time in amongst to share stories and gossip and put the world to rights.

For You were contracted to provide the first six weeks' care following Intermediate Care Discharge. Normally they would have 'gone back to start afresh with another client, whilst I was referred on to a new Social Care group. However, I pushed very hard to stay with For You and was truly delighted to have been successful.

With my wife and I were suffering from unrelated illnesses and both having spent a number of weeks in hospital (Oct/Nov 2021), we needed help and support. The local authority was not able to help so we decided to spend some of our hard-earned savings on what has turned out to be an excellent group of caring and intelligent team members. We have recently reduced our resilience on them as, hopefully, we are managing to do some tasks but this will probably mean that some limited support will be required for a further short period.

I have found my carers to be very helpful and caring. They treat you with dignity and put me at ease by talking to me about most things and put me at ease.
