Ivy Care has been absolutely outstanding in the care they provided for both my elderly father-in-law and mother-in-law. They supported our family right through to end-of-life care with compassion, dignity, and professionalism.
Every carer we encountered was incredibly kind, consistently showing genuine
respect, understanding, and patience. Their unwavering dedication meant the world to me. Without their support, I simply wouldn't have been able to manage a full-time job while ensuring my in-laws received the care they deserved.
The peace of mind I felt each day, knowing my loved ones were in such capable and compassionate hands, is something I will always be grateful for. I'm truly thankful for the amazing work the carers at Ivy Care do, and I'm so glad we chose them.

My experience with one of the carers was really helpful. I was suffering from anorexia bulimia and BPD therefore, I was very sick because of not eating and purging to the point I would spend days without eating. He made sure I was eating (stayed til my food was at least digested for a bit, and even
fed me if needed!) I really recommend him and his teams!

Staff are generally friendly and willing to help where needed. My home is left clean esp bathroom, kitchen and bathroom floors. I am left ready to get on with my days cheerful and in good order. They are here for the full 30 minutes. Most people are calm and good natured which makes them pleasant to
have in my home. Ivy Care was recommended to me and I would choose them again if needed. Initially they helped me get back on my feet after a long stay in hospital and definitely helped me regain my confidence.

Ivy care have looked after nan for about a year and we cannot thank them enough. They have all been amazing, communication is great and anything they feel gran has needed medically or personal care wise they advised us of. They were brilliant when gran passed and became a huge part of our family over
the last year seeing gran and granddad 4 times a day 7 days a week. Their care was hugely appreciated by both gran and granddad and myself and my brother.

So much help and kindness from carers. My husband treated with dignity at all times. Times of calls are very regular which helps to plan the day. I am extremely impressed with the role offered by Ivy Care. Having been recently discharged from hospital following repairs to femur fractures, I need help to wash and dress. Their attitude is kind and friendly and they fully understand my needs when it comes to dealing with my pain threshold.
Their
approach is very professional and friendly, indeed I look forward to their daily visits. I have no doubt recommending their services to anyone looking for an experienced care organisation whose only concern is for the client’s wellbeing.

I can't praise Good Oaks and their carers highly enough, they have attended my Mother four times per day for some time now and are always caring, kind, thoughtful and treat her with dignity and respect. Good Oaks offer an all-round service by supporting the primary family contact too, office staff are
always available to help and support me with any additional needs or answer any questions I might have. Whilst the quality of care should always be the primary consideration, it is also reassuring that Good Oaks charges are very reasonable and fair with no hidden extras. I happily recommend Good Oaks to care for your loved ones.
