Appearance scruffy compared to other agencies. In and out too quick. I don't feel clean after wash. Talking in their language.

Absolutely superb. I have used them for about 5 years, and I can't praise them enough. Always treated with the utmost care and respect, always friendly and on time. If my circumstances have changed, they have taken the time to make sure that they know what I need.

The carers are very good and help my father especially when he has not been well, such as during a bout of gastroentiritis. We could not go on without them.

My experience with one of the carers was really helpful. I was suffering from anorexia bulimia and BPD therefore, I was very sick because of not eating and purging to the point I would spend days without eating. He made sure I was eating (stayed til my food was at least digested for a bit, and even fed me if needed!) I really recommend him and his teams!

The services we received from Ivy Care was second to none. The teams of carers that called on us were courteous, sympathetic and very professional. They treated my wife with great care and attention. They dealt with her needs and made sure that her comfort was paramount. We would recommend Ivy Care as the company to use.This is because the carers and staff go the extra mile. Hence we felt that they were not only carers but close family and friends. Thank you.

Staff are generally friendly and willing to help where needed. My home is left clean esp bathroom, kitchen and bathroom floors. I am left ready to get on with my days cheerful and in good order. They are here for the full 30 minutes. Most people are calm and good natured which makes them pleasant to have in my home. Ivy Care was recommended to me and I would choose them again if needed. Initially they helped me get back on my feet after a long stay in hospital and definitely helped me regain my confidence.

Kind, caring and reliable. I can rest assured while I am at work my friend will be treated with respect and dignity and a smile. The team can't do enough and are trustworthy and communication is always good

Ivy care have looked after nan for about a year and we cannot thank them enough. They have all been amazing, communication is great and anything they feel gran has needed medically or personal care wise they advised us of. They were brilliant when gran passed and became a huge part of our family over the last year seeing gran and granddad 4 times a day 7 days a week. Their care was hugely appreciated by both gran and granddad and myself and my brother.

So much help and kindness from carers. My husband treated with dignity at all times. Times of calls are very regular which helps to plan the day. I feel happy that my husband is in safe hands and he is always ready to see them. Very pleased with Ivy Care and would recommend it to friends and relatives. Thank you to all.

The care provided is excellent. The carers go above and beyond in everything they do. They are so kind and thoughtful in how they treat my wife. They also always try to make her smile and make her day as enjoyable as it can be. She always looks forward to their daily visits with whoever comes to see her.

My mother found it difficult at the start to accept care. However, the staff are professional, friendly, hard-working and do an excellent job. They keep the client safe, feeling cared for and are good at developing positive working relationships with the clients and others involved regularly with their care. My mother looks forward to every care call she receives. I would highly recommend this company.

I can't praise Good Oaks and their carers highly enough, they have attended my Mother four times per day for some time now and are always caring, kind, thoughtful and treat her with dignity and respect. Good Oaks offer an all-round service by supporting the primary family contact too, office staff are always available to help and support me with any additional needs or answer any questions I might have. Whilst the quality of care should always be the primary consideration, it is also reassuring that Good Oaks charges are very reasonable and fair with no hidden extras.
