I can't praise Good Oaks and their carers highly enough, they have attended my Mother four times per day for some time now and are always caring, kind, thoughtful and treat her with dignity and respect. Good Oaks offer an all-round service by supporting the primary family contact too, office staff are always available to help and support me with any additional needs or answer any questions I might have. Whilst the quality of care should always be the primary consideration, it is also reassuring that Good Oaks charges are very reasonable and fair with no hidden extras. I happily recommend Good Oaks to care for your loved ones.
My mum had a fortnightly hair wash. The carer was friendly and efficient and good at chatting to my mum and humouring her.
Always wearing protective equipment.
I have not had this company for long, however, I am extremely happy with how the carers approach their work and my husband, who has dementia. I feel that to the carers, this is not just a job, it's a vocation, and they are fully committed to doing their best for their clients.
Good timekeeping - excellent care for my husband. Overall we are very satisfied with the service.
Overall a very good experience. My husband is bed-bound except for the carers taking him to the bathroom for a daily wash/shower.
I would like to thank Good Oaks Home Care for looking after my mother and giving her the confidence to return to independent living after being discharged from hospital after a life threatening illness. The family have been impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the Good Oaks Team. We would not hesitate to ask for their services again if required and would recommend them highly.
Very good service - much better than all previous carers.
Over the last year, we have been able to go on holiday with the rest of the family without having to worry about care for my mother.
Nothing is too much.
Our family is very happy with the care provided by Good Oaks. All the carers are cheerful, professional and caring. Communication with the office is very easy and accessible. In particular, we were very impressed with the effort made to really get to know my father when he first needed support at home. As far as possible the carers are the same people which is important to him. I would certainly not have any hesitation to recommend their services to others.
Excellent care team. Very well organised. Carers are very professional and caring. They are very patient and understanding.
Good care and the management team lovely and helpful. They have always found someone to cover me.
All the carers have been extremely kind and helpful. They have made me feel very safe and have become like friends. It gives my family peace of mind that I am so well looked after. I look forward to seeing them at the end of the day and mornings are so much easier with all the help.
Excellent care, very friendly care workers and very polite and helpful. I am very satisfied.
My carer is excellent. Makes me feel happy and is not pushy will let me do what I can't without taking over so it makes me feel like I have some kind of independence.
The care they provide is outstanding. Earlier this month, I was admitted to hospital and my wife needed extra help while I was away. The company straight away arranged all the extra help that was needed, including lunchtime visits to prepare food and lifts for doctor's appointments. They also provided me with recuperation care when I returned home. This company has provided us with exceptional care when I returned home. This company has provided us with exceptional care and I would recommend them to others.
I couldn't wish for a better care agency to look after me than Good Oaks. All the carers that I have are kind, considerate, respectful and trustworthy. I am always content in the knowledge that I will be well cared for and I feel very happy to have them all in my house. Good Oaks have as well excellent office staff that deal with any issues I have in a caring, confident and professional manner. Anything that I have asked of them, they always do their utmost to accommodate. Having expereinced Good Oaks first hand, they pick and choose their carers carefully and train them to an excellent standard. Having used care agencies for many years, it is very rare to have such excellence throughout and I cannot fault Good Oaks. I would strongly recommend Good Oaks to anyone for their excellence and I think they are the best care agency in the area.
My wife has had MS for 18 years I have employed many care companies in that time. Good Oaks Home Care is by far a company I can trust they give my wife the care and respect she deserved. The attention they give is definitely second to none.
