My sisters and I have been impressed with the carers who have looked after our mum and dad. In particular two staff members. They are patient, kind and flexible. Mum and dad have been able to stay together and stay at home because of these women. Where we have been less happy has been with the finance team. Trying to sort issues and get information has been time consuming and more difficult than it need be.
From the initial phone call, which I found reassuring and helpful, to the placement of carers, everything was handled well and professionally.
We have changed carers a few times, mainly due to carers leaving for other jobs or just incompatibility, but Noble always supported us and promptly found new carers who were experienced in Alzheimers and dual care.
The dual care aspect of the agency is wonderful and has allowed my parents to stay together in their own home.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear about your positive experience with Noble Live-In Care. Our team is dedicated to providing the best possible care, and it's wonderful to know that we were able to meet your expectations. We truly appreciate your feedback.
This is the first time the family have used Live-in care for my aunt who has been in a care home. I am very impressed with how knowledgeable, helpful and understanding the staff have been. The care worker has gone out of her way to help make the transition easy for my aunt. The carer is very efficient, kind and helpful which is very reassuring for me as I know my aunt is in safe hands. Thank you!
The other care worker is reliable and very supportive. The Care manager was very quick to resolve the problem and the offending worker was removed.
Care staff are capable and look after parents well - a difficult job with both parents living with Dementia/Alzheimers.
Concerns over the level of support the carers receive from Noble, I'm not sure if there are regular check-ins to see if everything is ok to talk through any issues etc - feel they could be better supported as, after all, they are the bread and butter of any care agency.
Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that your parents are being looked after well by their care professionals. Noble Live-in Care relies on your suggestions for improvement on our service. Your local manager will be in contact directly to discuss this further.
Mum came home, a member of staff turned up to complete the care needs assessment and later the same day Mum's carer turned up and stayed for two weeks while we arranged a care home placement. The carer was such a lovely fit for Mum's needs. The whole process could not have been made easier and the care Mum received was wonderful.
I can't recommend Noble Live-in Care highly enough. The whole team were just fantastic and the care Mum received was wonderful.
Thank you Kevin, we are pleased we were able to support your Mum to return home quickly. It has been a pleasure to care for her whilst you arrange long-term care.
It has been reassuring to have a good carer here for support and vital assistance. The loss of independence has been hard to take but encouragement has been essential for my mental health recovery too.
We are pleased that we have been able to support you in your recovery.
The carer is a very caring and attentive person who is always looking at more effective ways of caring for my mother. She is very concerned with health and safety and has adapted her work to ensure maximum safety. She takes time to engage with my mother and is always very supportive and encouraging. She is always warm and cheerful and creates a very pleasant atmosphere around the house.
Thank you so much for your feedback, we love receiving feedback from our service users and family members. It's always a pleasure to pass on your thoughts to our amazing carers. Your words are very much appreciated.
The staff and management have been really great. If there are any teething problems, they will work with the family and do their upmost to iron out any problems. They really do go above and beyond to keep the client and family happy and secure. Great after care, nothing seems two much, very professional attitude. They care about giving a great level of care.
Thank you very much for this review. We are delighted you are happy for the care of your dad.
Very often we find ourselves in a situation where our loved ones have been incapacitated and we don't know where to turn because the problem we are faced with is too much to handle on our own. We need help and information, we need the right people. Fortunately, I was led to Noble Live-in Care, where my son has been provided with not just carers, but companionship as well, which is crucial to a person's wellbeing. With encouragement from us and his carer, he loves to get involved in gardening. He is involved in something everyday. The satisfaction we have is knowing that with 'full-time' care he is semi independent. For me, coordination is 'everybody' working together and that's why the overseeing of a coordinator from Noble Live-in Care is so necessary, checking to make sure that everybody is satisfied. We all need a group of people working together which eliminates worry and concern. Thank you Noble Live-in Care for everything.
Thank you so much for your kind words, we are very pleased you are happy with the support being provided and that we are meeting your son's needs.
As I am quite capable to look after myself, I found that the carers used the 'spare' time thus afforded them for running their own lives/businesses instead of helping me. It was okay when life ran smoothly, but occasionally it led to disharmony. For example, one evening I asked the carer to help me with a small task and the response was that it did not say in her contract that she has to work after 8pm. As mine was an exceptional request, I did not take to her response too kindly. On the whole, the service was good.
Thank you so much for your feedback. We are very pleased you have had an overall positive experience with Noble. Your care workers should be flexible around your needs and the timings of your needs. Care workers should also be solely focused on your care whilst in placement unless they are on their...
My mother‘s needs increased in the last month of her life, and the carers were excellent in determining when they needed professional support and seeking further advice. I rang daily and always received an update. I visited weekly and was able to provide support to them as my mother was unable to provide details regarding the house.
It was evident that my mother felt safe with the 3 carers who had been in place together since January and worked well as a team. they ensured she saw the farmland she loved.
My mother’s wish was to remain at home until she died and Noble Live In care enabled this to happen.
Thank you for the review of our services, it is very much appreciated, it is lovely to hear such great feedback and I shall forward it to the team.
In 2022 we had a very good carer who has now moved on. 2023 started with a few problems but has now settled down with two very good carers alternating and the company is very flexible when family provide cover for a week or two. The regular contact from the office is very good and much appreciated.
Thank you so much for your feedback, I am really pleased that any concerns were addressed and you are happy with the current care workers.
If I need anything doing, I ask and I’m sure that you all do the best you can to support me.
Overall I’m happy with the quality of care I’m receiving at the moment.
Thank you for leaving such a wonderful review; it is great to hear that you are happy with the support you receive from Noble Live-in Care and your care worker.
All the processes have been fully explained. They were able to be flexible when my mum did not need their services on the date we anticipated.

According to my experience, I give 5 stars for their service in this care sector and management is always available for help.

Care was put in rapidly. Any potential problems were dealt with thoroughly and to our satisfaction.
I wish we had employed Noble at the start.
Thanks Noble.

Experience over the last year has been very good. I've had the same wonderful carer for the entire year.

I love helping people, and I actually love older people. I have always been compassionate and caring. I think care is the perfect fit for my personality. I fell in love with helping the elderly at 17, I moved into working with younger vulnerable adults at around 22 and always enjoyed making a difference and bringing light and joy to people.
Live-in care is a totally different experience. We get to know our clients extremely well, develop fantastic relationships with them and make a huge impact on every part of their lives.

Having worked in the healthcare industry since 2017 in Hospital-based and community settings, I have built up a strong core knowledge of a huge range of health conditions. Working in medical, surgical and Pediatric settings within the hospital and then transitioning into a more dementia and end-of-life care-based community setting. This has allowed me to further my training, skills and knowledge base to ensure the best person-centred approach to care is provided to any individual in my care.
The little things bring me the most joy in care, enabling any individual to achieve independence and remain in their own home with a laugh and a smile, reminds me of how vital the care sector is.

My mum was diagnosed with M.S. in 1984, the year after I was born. As I was growing up, I was supporting her along with my dad. My mum would have regular care workers come into her 4 times a day. Seeing how much the care workers helped my mum and supported us as a family inspired me to get into health and social care when I left school. I started in care homes and then went into domiciliary care as a care worker. I then progressed and was a care coordinator for 9 years and I then became a registered branch manager.
I am passionate that I am providing unique and person-centred support to my service users which continues through to their family, by making sure that the work behind the scenes with everyone involved helps the service users feel safe and supported while living independently within their own home.
I aspire to pass on my experiences and knowledge to make sure that I am providing the best possible support to my team and work colleagues.
