My father has had care from Wellbeing Care Solutions for 2 1/2 years now and they are very caring, considerate and professional. They take very good care for our dad. Any issues they liase with us immediately. We are very happy with the care 4 times a day. Many thanks.

Very kind and willing team offering care and help to both parents, even though they are only contracted to care for one parent. The ladies will do anything they are asked to do in a loving and caring way. Timing can be an issue in the afternoon/evening - sometimes up to 30 minutes behind time. Lots of different carers come, which can be difficult for my parents to cope with. However, the ladies are always very kind.

All staff couldn't have done any more. Always on time and professional. The care staff were always smart and gave the best service they could. Very supportive staff

The staff are very professional and well mannered at all times. Nothing is too much trouble.The staff will go out of their way to provide any needs and suggest easier ways to help and to ease pain. They sometimes suggest things like a shower seat which helped a lot.The team are well trained and work well together. Well done a pleasure to have her in our property.

Exceptional carers, wonderful people. Always treated my husband with the utmost respect. The staff are excellent at their job, and they have been kind caring to all of the family very difficult circumstances.

We are, as a family, blessed to have this agency coming for our 101-year-old (mum-in-law, grandmother etc.). Efficient, proactive, thorough and critically flexible in all matters. This alone would make them clinically first-rate, however they individually and collectively care! Their motto is to treat each client as if it was their mother. Everything I have witnessed over several months supports this. I would recommend them to everybody.

Night and day different to previous agencies. Person-centred focus, caring, helpful, professional and considerate at all times to my needs and restrictions. I couldn't recommend Wellbeing Care Solutions highly enough, they have changed my outlook to carers and the work they do. The managers are great. Everything needed is carried out with regular visits with three carers to individual, relate to each. Client, Mum is treated with respect and dignity at all times with four visits a day. Also, wash and dry clothes if needed, change the bed, and vacuum downstairs. Keep me informed with regular updates and lists if anything is needed. Would recommend to any clients needing care.

The providers were absolutely fantastic, were kind, friendly and great with my husband's care. They were a huge help to me, I could not have managed without them.

Until October last year, we had employed another care service, having used them for eight years, when two carers were needed they could not provide. Wellbeing Care Solutions came to our aid and provided the most excellent care, support and help for my aunt. I simply cannot fault their attention to detail and overall attitude to my aunt and to us as a family. Nothing went without heartfelt and immediate attention. The 24-hour care given for her last 12 days was impeccable and to her very last breath their attention was second to none.

Mother and I have found both staff and management to be very helpful in all aspects of care. Always willing to help solve any problems that may arise. Management always let me know if there are any issues or concerns with Mother's health and wellbeing.

During the last few weeks of my husband's life, Wellbeing Care Solutions were coming in four times a day. Each visit was a pleasure as all members of the team were very friendly, compassionate and their excellent care and attention were greatly appreciated. The staff became more like friends and couldn't do enough to make sure my husband was always comfortable for which I will be ever grateful.

All through the initial negotiating period, the sales rep was extremely helpful and informative. He also listened and took account of all my Mum's complex needs due to being blind, profoundly deaf and having very limited mobility. When the initial carer appointed could not continue, the care Manager stepped into the breach and provided very professional, sensitive and excellent services to meet all my Mum's needs and often went far beyond her remit to help Mum and me.
