Our review as a pleasant experience, we were treated with respect and dignity. The carers are always pleasant and cheerful.

My father received excellent care. The staff were well trained in maintaining his catheter without any major issues. He would only allow the carers to shave him, which showed that he trusted them. His carers kept him clean, regularly changed his clothes and as he had got dementia and could be difficult at times, they knew how to handle him even singing his favourite songs with him to get him to comply. We are extremely grateful to the excellent staff and the care they gave.

We have used P&T for the last 5 years with my mother passing away this week with Dimentia my mother had nothing but the best care right up until the end , All the ladies that came had nothing but companion friendship and total professionalism they were fantastic carers and we will never forget them thanks again P&T xx

Carers are pleasant and helpful and generally on time.

Following an extended time in hospital my wife was sent home for end of life care, to be with her family around her. P&T care 4 U were put in charge of her care and I can only say that we, as a family are impressed by the care they give. They are very professional in every way, and they treat my wife always with kind words, always addressing by her name. The family are extremely pleased by the way they always treat her and make her comfortable at this difficult time for us all.

They also looked after me as well.l couldnt have done it without them.

All carers have treated me with great respect always asking if there is any more they can do. Leave everything tidy also ask if they need to get me if I a short. Treat me as I am family. Big thank you.

We couldn't ask for better carers they have all been so helpful in every way- kind very friendly. They have treated my dad with respect and dignity all the time. They go out of their way to make him feel good about himself. They are all worth their weight in gold every one that has attended my dad.

Moms carers are amazing, they really look after her with empathy and understanding, going far beyond expectations. We couldn't ask for more they show respect not only to my mom but also to anyone else in the house. Amazing Thank you so much.

P&T Care were put in place at short notice to provide care for my Dad at the end of life. Sadly, it was only needed for 24 hours but I was so impressed with the care he received. Two particular staff members were simply brilliant. They treated him with care, dignity and warmth and went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable and help/support his family. A big thank you to them both.

I have P&T Cares 4 U come to me to help with the cleaning of my house. I am 93-years-old and I can not do much cleaning myself as my mobility is poor. The carers that have attended my call are always very polite and helpful and always ask if there is anything I need. I would recommend P&T Cares 4 U to anyone.

I have an elderly friend who over the last 12 months as become a client of yours and she has regular carers every week. I have been friends with this lady and her daughter for about 20 years and see her a couple of times a week. Even though I haven't met any of the carers I feel as if I know them, as my friend speaks of them highly all the time saying how lovely, polite and respectful they are which is lovely to hear. She also says that they are very helpful and make sure everything is spotless especially her kitchen. My friend enjoys and is happy that the carers are going into her. I know my friend's daughter is very grateful and pleased with the continued help and support her Mother is receiving from the carers.

My mum came out of hospital with a terminal diagnosis. P&T were identified to provide care. Unfortunately, it was a rough ride of adjustment and there were a number of emergencies requiring an ambulance being called out. Due to the pandemic, this delayed the carers at the house for a good hour each time. It took a good number of weeks for my mum to adjust. My mum is not the easiest of people due to mental health problems, combined with a devastating diagnosis. However, some of the carers seemed unable to develop a good relationship with her and found my mum too challenging. Other carers developed a good relationship with her. My mum was calling me multiple times a day to complain about the carers, and the agency were calling me multiple times a day to complain about my mum. This was extremely stressful. Some of the notes and things said about Mum by carers were difficult to believe as so odd. Ultimately they gave notice on providing her care - I am so glad as the new agency are brilliant!
