Pats Care have provided support to my nan for a good few years and since December has supported a live in care support they have been great Muna the manager has also been very accomadting and supportive alongside the carers who went to nan on a daily basis. Thank you for your hard work and commitment to ensuring nan was safe and happy whilst in your care we as a family really appreciate everything.
The homecare service led by the Care Manager has been outstanding! She tailored Mum's care with incredible efficiency and compassion. Our carers are truly exceptional, going above and beyond to become like extended family to Mum and us. Their kindness, professionalism, and warmth make every visit special, supporting Mum's personal care, activities, and physical, mental, emotional, and psychological well-being. We couldn't wish for better people to care for her. The care manager and carers deserve immense praise for their seamless, heartfelt care. This service has transformed our lives, and Mum looks forward to every visit from her carers. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional homecare. Thank you for your remarkable work!
My wife, who is severely disabled, has been using Pats Care for the past year or so, and we have found them to be excellent. The carers are punctual, friendly, respectful and competent. The management is responsive. We have the same small group of carers who are very familiar with our needs.
Many thanks for your reply; your feedback is always greatly appreciated.
The 2 carers who have cared for my father until Jan 2025 and my mother until now have been so so kind and patient and caring. I am very happy, my mother finds their presence very reassuring, which is massivewly important. My mother is deteriorating at 89, so the carers are hugely significant to her daily routine and the consistency is very reassuring to me, and for us, her family, and for Mum.
Thank you very much for your reply - we truly appreciate your valuable feedback.
If I was asked what we wanted from a care agency, then 3 years ago, I wouldnt have had a clue.
Now, I would say that it is Pat's care
Their ladies do genuinely care. They don't just provide care, but they are interested in the person and their well being.
I know that if mum had a problem, they would be on the phone to their manager who would then be on the phone to me.
I feel 100% safe knowing that mum's support and needs are being looked after by them.
They are not perfect - nobody can be perfect, but they are pretty close.
Many thanks for your reply; your feedback is always greatly appreciated.
All our regular carers we are very helpful and perform duties well and also make an effort to build a genuine connection. Management are easy to contact and proactive in making sure the duties are catered to our needs.
Throughout the past two and a half years using Pats Care I have been so impressed by what they have done for my mum. The care that has been provided has always been great, but the carer who has been primarily looking after my mum for more than a year now is exceptional. We all feel very fortunate to have her as the care and professionalism that she brings to the job cannot be bettered. All the other carers we have met have been kind, caring and very professional. My contacts with the office have always been great, helpful and productive.
If there is a criticism, it would be that one or two carers sometimes talk over my mum in private conversations.
Pat's Care is flexible and will provide carers to suit the family's needs. This is very helpful and supportive for the family.
A year ago, the carers also helped my father on 2 separate occasions: when he fell and when he was choking on his tablets going down the wrong way. He is not officially a client but nonetheless, they recognised an emergency and went out of their way to help.
I have been very pleased with the professional service from PATS care, the carer has gone over and beyond to look after and care for Mum, and I can rely on them to provide quality care that supports Mum's limited ability. The advice from staff has been second to none, they are always readily available to answer questions or prompt to return calls. I am thoroughly pleased with the service and would highly recommend it.
I wholeheartedly recommend Pats Care to anyone in need of care services. Their commitment to excellence, compassion, and individualised care is truly remarkable. They have not only met my expectations but have exceeded them, making a challenging situation so much more manageable. Such a lovely team!
Amazing service from Pats Care especially the 2 ladies who look after my mum each day and have been seeing my mum since her return home from hospital in October 2022. The ladies are there every day without fail and show my mum such kindness and warmth. Mum has built a bond with the ladies, which means that as a family we can rest easy knowing Mum is in great hands and cared for when we are not around. It means so much to us all as a family. Thank you so much you are amazing.
I have no problems with my carers or the agency. They look after me very well.

Good Bless.
My carers are absolutely amazing. I have had them for a while now. They are kind, caring and would do anything for me. I can honestly say I don't have any complaints and never had any problems.
Very helpful and does the job well.
All carers are A1. Helpful in all ways, very, very happy with them. They are a credit to the company. Can't do enough for my mother. Very respectful to all her needs. A pleasure to have them here.
They do care for the client and always listen to their needs. They respect the client's privacy and provide a good care service.
Always pleased with my care. Good service. Lovely ladies that look after me and meet all my needs. They keep me extremely clean and make sure I eat and drink properly. They always report to the office if I’m not well or to my friend. The ladies are always happy and I’m always pleased to see them.
Since Pat Care agency has been providing care and support for my 87 years old mother for over eight months. I can honestly say my mother has been very looked after, and she has been happy with the carers, especially when it comes to communication with them, as the language barrier was not an issue for Mother, as the carers can understand to communicate with my mum in Arabic, which is my mum’s first language.

Hello, I’m Patria, the Director of Pats Care. I take great pride in leading an agency that prioritises the well-being and satisfaction of every client we serve. I founded this agency with a deep passion for care, having started my journey as a carer myself. The sense of fulfilment I experienced in making families feel at ease and supported was truly rewarding, and it inspired me to pursue this path and grow within the industry.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of building strong relationships with both clients and their families, something that I hold dear to my heart. As I worked my way up, I gained a true understanding of the struggles that individuals and families face when adjusting to new care needs. I’ve seen firsthand how difficult transitions can be, but I assure you that with Pats Care, our focus is on ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind.
I am committed to making sure that every member of our team is dedicated to providing the highest quality care, meeting the individual needs of every client we work with. At Pats Care, we strive to create a caring, compassionate environment where clients and their families feel truly supported, valued, and heard.
As the Registered Manager of a successful domiciliary care agency, I provide strong leadership and dedicated support to my team, ensuring the highest quality of care and the best possible outcomes for clients.
I take full responsibility for achieving and maintaining compliance with regulations, legislation, quality standards, and company policies. I was committed to ensuring that we achieved at least a “Good” rating in CQC inspections and worked proactively to exceed this benchmark.
I am accountable for the health and safety of both staff and clients, ensuring that policies and procedures are consistently followed to provide a safe working environment. I promote business values by applying policies and best practices with consistency, while regularly reviewing and improving processes to deliver efficient, client-focused services.
I am experienced in identifying and recruiting high-quality care staff, implementing effective training, and fostering strong retention. I ensure training is embedded across the service and that the delivery of high-quality care to vulnerable individuals in their homes remains consistent and reliable.
I manage scheduling to guarantee care assistants deliver the right support at the right time, while also overseeing quality assurance and governance through Spot Checks, Service Reviews, Internal Audits, and Annual Surveys. I am skilled at completing and enhancing Assessments, Risk Assessments, and Support Plans, always striving to exceed client expectations and deliver outcomes that make a positive difference.
I share responsibility for the emergency on-call rota, ensuring cover outside of normal working hours. I am also attentive to Key Performance Indicators, accurately recording and reporting data to the Director when required.
I am a passionate, empathetic, and approachable leader who values open communication. I strive to create an environment where staff and clients feel supported, listened to, and empowered.
Hi, I’m Nimco, and I’m an HR Manager dedicated to ensuring that we recruit the best care staff and place them with the individuals who need their support most. In addition to recruitment, I maintain strong relationships with families to ensure they are always satisfied with the care their loved ones receive. I stay in regular contact with both the staff and families to make sure everything is running smoothly and that any concerns are addressed promptly.
My focus is on providing high-quality care through strong staffing and continuous communication, ensuring that both care recipients and their families feel supported and confident in the care they receive.
I work closely with families to understand their unique situation and ensure that they have all the information they need to make informed decisions. Through home visits, I assess the care needs of individuals and develop personalised care plans to support their health, safety, and well-being.
Once the care plan is in place, I continue to stay in contact with families, checking in to make sure everything is running smoothly. I make sure that the care provided is aligned with the assessment and that families feel confident and satisfied with the care their loved ones are receiving.
