I share responsibility for the emergency on-call rota, ensuring cover outside of normal working hours. I am also attentive to Key Performance Indicators, accurately recording and reporting data to the Director when required.

My role focuses on hiring qualified professionals and making sure all staff meet the necessary qualifications and background checks to provide safe, reliable care.

In addition to recruitment, I maintain strong relationships with families to ensure they are always satisfied with the care their loved ones receive. I stay in regular contact with both the staff and families to make sure everything is running smoothly and that any concerns are addressed promptly.
