No written care plan or daily reports provided, even though they were requested. All information was online. Difficult to contact by telephone. Poor standard of hygiene, e.g. not cleaning PEG feeding machine or surfaces. Poor communication with the client regarding food/drinks - just asked if he wanted "anything". No use of transferring equipment which is provided.
