I have had excellent care from all carers who have visited to complete my care. They always introduce themselves and attend to my every need. I would recommend these carers to anyone who requires a package of care.

Always treated with respect. Carers are friendly efficient and very helpful, sometimes the management doesn't always listen to something I need but generally very helpful.

Very pleased with the service. I'm writing on behalf of my Mum. Mum is very happy with the care that she receives. Thank you very much. Everyone is kind and thoughtful.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are so pleased you and your mum have received such great service from our team, we hope this can continue!
When Alexandra's first visited my wife, my wife had not eaten for 30 days and had only sips of fluid, my wife was also spending most of the time laying in bed. Now 4 months on and with 3 visits a day my wife eats 3 small meals a day, has a change of clothes every day, a wash or shower every day. My wife has dementia and this turnaround in her personal hygiene and nutrition is purely down to Alexandra's carers.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this lovely review. It is so wonderful to hear that we have been able to help your wife.
We are not always receiving time sheets to know when to expect them or who is attending.
Mum's expereince with Alexandra's has been overwhelmingly positive. She has found the staff extremely friendly and very professional, and nothing is too much trouble. Management is keen to solve any issues and was quick to assist when adjusting Mum's visit times. Very pleased so far.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this lovely review! It really means a lot to us that your mum is having such a great experience with Alexandra's and we hope this continues.
All the care workers are very good nothing is too much trouble for them. Always happy and ready for a joke.

Staff always polite, cheerful and caring. They turn up wearing clean uniforms and have necessary disposable gloves and aprons. Always speak kindly to us and our act! Their regular support is greatly appreciated and their efforts are enjoyed by our daughter.

Completely satisfied.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are very pleased that you are satisfied with our service!
I am very happy with the care and support provided by all my carers - both dealing with routine care and out-of-the-ordinary events. My only concern relates to communication from the office, in particular failure to inform me of a change in the timing of my visit.
Thank you for your review. We apologise and we do always try our best to communicate if your tea time visit change, as we understand you require help with your meal. However, it is out of our hands sometimes after 5pm. We will now make sure it is on our OOH handover to contact should they see a carer is running late for you.
I have needed to arrange and facilitate care for my mum whilst living 250 miles away. I have found all the office staff very pleasant to deal with and very accommodating. I don't have day-to-day contact with the carers but I have access to their reports on the app and this helps to give peace of mind.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We understand how challenging it can be to arrange care for a loved one from a distance, and we're glad to hear that our office staff have been pleasant and accommodating throughout the process.
Overall, the service is good. Just one or two of the carers are not as thorough as others, but that is to be expected - not everyone does things the same, so I'm not complaining.
Staff are all excellent and friendly and very willing to help.
All the staff are very helpful and friendly; they are extremely professional and understand the needs of my partner. Regarding the office, they could not be any more helpful and understanding. I would recommend them.
staff and carers are friendly efficient and always helpful. We have been in this company for a few years, they listen if you have any problems and will always do their best to rectify the problem.
