Blossom Home Care looked after my father in the time leading up to and including his palliative care. The carers were amazing. They helped and looked after him in a kind and compassionate way. Some with good humour, some who went above and beyond and all were capable and helpful.
Blossom had looked
after my mother previously, which is why I asked them to help look after my father.

I’m blown away by the standard of care I have received from Blossom. My carers have gone above and beyond to put me at ease and ensure my every need has been met. I’ve received care from a number of agencies in the past 12 years and by far Blossom stands out as the most accommodating and dedicated.
Never before have I experienced carers who are so invested in my progress. Their encouragement and reassurance is endless. My package of care is complex, however, the time, patience and understanding from the manager has meant I have finally begun to relax and enjoy myself.
The carers are polite, positive and enthusiastic and they have taken time to get to know me as a person. They show compassion and understanding of just how difficult I find having care as a younger client and are sensitive to my needs. To be honest the team have surpassed all my expectations. You can see their passion for what they do and it shows in the attention to detail and approach to their work. A huge thank you!

Generally speaking care good, obviously depends who the management send. I do wish they would not send 2 inexperienced carers together.

Thank you for the feedback, the management would not send 2 inexperienced carers as your key carer is the main one who attends to your needs, however, in the cases of absences etc we do have to send alternative staff to ensure you always have the required care you require.

Caring - kind - observant - extremely aware of his age diagnosis - and time he had left so they went above and beyond care. Dignity always, there to listen, there to help. Kindness and care shown to us on each visit. They treated my son like he was their favourite brother. Laughing with him, listening
asking and checking he was comfy with every part of his care. Blossom Care are angels that came at my worst time and loved my son as theirs.

This is our first month with Blossom Home Care, after 11 months with a different company. We have been impressed by the quality of the service provided. Timekeeping is punctual, and the duration is always to Care Plan. This was not the case with the previous company. My wife was previously worried about
who would be attending the next day, but we have always been informed who was due. Having both been previously employed in the Local Authority Care system, we are aware that emergencies do happen that can impinge on the service, to date this has not occurred with Blossom Care. We look forward to a continued positive relationship with Blossom Care.

My ex-husband's care is government-funded as he is on end of life. Your management and District nurses have taken care of this for me. We have had a number of staff to help us and they have all been very good. Everyone has been very kind and helpful to both of us. I could not have managed without this
service I only came to visit for an hour on Christmas day and have not been to my home since. The staff understand it is not always easy for me to be here and have been helpful to me.
